The many activities of Courseulles sur Mer are all accessible on foot or by bike: tennis, riding school, municipal swimming pool in front of the sea, beach club, sailing club, skate park, mini-golf, fishing and sailing harbors, cinema, Canadian museum Juno Beach. Further away: the casino of St Aubin sur mer, beautiful bike rides in the Normandy countryside, the beaches of Asnelles, Arromanches, Hermanville, Luc and Lion sur mer...

An ideal location in the heart of the D-Day beaches, a few kilometers from Caen and Bayeux (25 min. by car). Courseulles sur mer is accessible by Green bus directly from Caen train station (bus stop at 400 m). Easy and free parking outside.

The house has 4 bedrooms, one of which is very large (library, dormitory), two bathrooms and two separate toilets, a kitchen and a large living room - dining room opened by bay windows on a large terrace and the garden.

Location:
The house is located in the heart of Courseulles sur Mer in a quiet and pleasant residential area. The beach: 900 m ; the stores, boutiques, restaurants of the sea street: 800 m ; the supermarkets (Carrefour, Lidl): 700 m ; the market (on tuesday and friday mornings): 800 m ; the fishing port and its permanent market: 900 m. The situation is very convenient.

Availability:
In July, August, the house is available by the week (7 nights min.) from Saturday to Saturday. Entrance: Saturday at 17:00 - Exit: Saturday at 10:00.

In May, June, September and October, the house is available with a minimum of 2 nights.

Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost.

Cleaning products at your disposal.
Cleaning fees are mandatory at the end of your stay.
For stays longer than 2 weeks, cleaning is mandatory every 2 weeks.

We accept up to two small or medium size pets.
