Grand, lumineux mais éloigné
Appartement conforme à l'annonce, immeuble refait à neuf, appartement aménagé simplement et rafraßchi récemment mais qui reste assez basique. TrÚs lumineux et ensoleillé, grand salon et grand balcon mais emplacement pas le plus simple avec enfants à l'Esf. Bons échanges avec le prestataire de gestion qui a été arrangeant.
