Appartement très bien situé et très cosy bien aménagé mais par expérience plus adapté pour 4 personnes que 6 et seul bémols pas de wifi alors que c est annoncé et qu une air box bouygue en illimité pour 30€ mensuel serais bien venu et une pelle de déneigement aurais été pratique mais le logement et le site est top … merci !!!

Parfait ! Proche de tout et vraiment charmant

Nous avons été enchantés !!! L'appartement est charmant (décoration typique montagnarde) et dans un parfait état (rénovation récente certainement). Il est très bien exposé avec ses 5 fenêtres sur une vue splendide. Il dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires (allant de l'appareil à raclette à la pelle pour le déneigement en passant par la luge pour les enfants ....). Le balcon en angle longe tout l'appartement. Les propriétaires et la personne en charge de l'accueil sur place sont particulièrement disponibles et sympathiques. L'emplacement du châlet-immeuble est proche de la croisette (coeur de station). Pour les petits (jusqu'au flocon), les cours sont sous le balcon (à moins de 100m à pieds). Pour les plus grands, le front de neige est à 300m. Pour le départ, l'accès aux pistes n'est pas "skis au pieds" mais en passant par l'ESF c'est à 2 minutes, ça ne pose vraiment pas de soucis. Pour les plus débrouillards, avec un peu de neige, le retour peut se faire directement jusqu'au local à skis (très accessible et sécurisé). Le stationnement gratuit extérieur peut se faire dans la rue de l'immeuble. Au final, très bonne adresse, on y retournera !!!

charme authentique pour ce joli appartement

Que du bonheur ! idéalement situé , baigné de lumiere, une vue imprenable, ce petit nid savoyard vous offre confort, commodités à moins de 5mn à pieds, école de ski des enfants face au balcon , départ quasi skis aux pieds.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques ainsi que leur contact sur place qui se rend toujours disponible si besoin.On ne peut que s y sentir bien ! ( 2 eme séjour pour nous , pas le dernier ...nous l espérons )

"L''appartement est vraiment fonctionnel, très bien équipé et idéalement situé. L''ensoleillement est maximum. La grande terrasse avec vue sur piste et montagne est très agréable. L''appartement beneficie de nombreux rangements et équipements. Le casier à ski est sécurisé. La literie est bonne et l''appartement est calme. IDEAL pour des vacances réussies. "L''appartement est bien ...

"L''appartement est bien situé dans 1850, avec une belle vue. Par contre, l''aménagement et les équipements sont très vétustes et l''ensemble mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. La moquette est très usée et gondole, elle est en outre relativement sale. Disons que c''est assez coquet de loin mais qu''il ne faut pas trop s''approcher. Les photos sont réelles mais tout de même un peu trompeuses à mon avis. Les toilettes dégageaient une odeur abominable, type engrais chimique, vraiment très désagréable. Dommage car l''emplacement est vraiment pas mal. Finalement c''est la même chose dans cet appartement que dans le reste de la station : soit on est très riche, soit on se contente de ce qu''il y a, malgré des prix tout de même élevés dans l''absolu (même si "on est à Courch''"). En résumé, pas mal mais très daté et probablement jamais rénové depuis l''acquisition."

Je retournerai sûrement dans cet appartement et dans cette belle station.
