30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 15 km from Le Mans West, 4 km from the village, D88, 15 km from exit 8 (Le Mans Université) on the A11 motorway, 14 km from exit 1 (Sillé le Guillaume) on the A81 motorway. On the Route des Moulins (Mill Road), a former wheat barn has been restored into a gîte (holiday cottage) adjoining the owners' house and located on the upper floor. This fully renovated farmhouse blends local stone with contemporary architecture, nestled in a verdant setting near a deciduous forest.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and separate toilet.

Downstairs: shared living area with lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Beds are made upon arrival. Paved parking. Garden and landscaped grounds. Petanque court on site.
Towels for rent, €10 per person.
