The Westgate was neat and clean. The lobby had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy breakefast. While watching TV.

Lacking at breakfast. Fortunately Kaytee restaurant is 0.1 miles away. Bed was quite comfortable but the pillows weren’t. Ended up folding a bath towel to sleep on.

The stream out back of the anex building was great. Everything else was sub-par. We were given a room in the anex building with a single king bed when I selected a room with two beds. That had to be corrected cause I ain't sharing a bed with another guy. The hallway had a must sickening odor. Anything like a cup of coffee or ice I had to walk to the main building. The free breakfast had a 5hr window, but there was nothing there but snacks and microwave omlet.

Nice property.. clean, quiet. We just stayed one night to visit Cherry Springs which is about 20 min away. Very convenient. A&W restaurant was delicious!

The hotel itself is perfectly clean and pleasant and easy to access. There doesn’t seem to be any room service, but the room was comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly, especially Pumpkin the cat! The areas surrounding the hotel are rustic and rather desolate, but I could tell that this inn was the nicest by far and we were pleased. We stayed a night to stargaze at cherry springs park which was about a 25 min drive from the hotel.

Basic hotel with nice staff, near stargazing

Bedding and carpeting are old and need updating, and room smells musty, but hotel is priced fairly in recognition of this. Bathroom was renovated and room was very clean. Staff at desk helpful with late night check in. Not much for breakfast - packaged cereal and muffins and toast. Coffee was good. Convenient if star gazing at Cherry Springs - about 20 minutes from the astronomy viewing field.
