This 1 bedroom cabin with huge loft in Cotter is perfect for your escape to the award winning trout fishing White River. With a 7ftx7ft Wyoming king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 full beds, plus a full sized inflateable mattress available. There's a 100in tv in the living room and a comfy italian leather sectional with plenty of comfort items. This cozy retreat offers a tremendous amount of space for guests. The cabin features 3 full bathrooms with showers, a vintage claw foot bathtub, and bidet. Washer and dryer available for your convenience and a fully functional gourmet kitchen (pantry off of mudroom), a charcoal grill and large Blackstone grill on porch, and gorgeous granite countertops throughout. Enjoy the large wrap around porch with wood fireplace, canvas enclosure surrounding fireplace which makes the space more usable in the winter (you can unzip and roll up enclosure in warm months), outdoor tv, full sized daybed swing and beautiful surroundings while relaxing in this quaint hideaway. We have a rolly dumpster/trash can by the carport in the tree line. Please place trash in there when leaving.
We dont care how you wash the dishes (by hand or in the dishwasher) just as long as they're washed.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and we felt right at home. The space was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It is extremely pet friendly, we were so happy to be able to bring our dog with us - the hosts also left a binder with all of the information we needed and were extremely friendly, we definitely felt like we could reach out to them if we needed anything. Thank you so much for the amazing place to stay on our trip!
