An Electricity package of 25,000 cfa or 38 € / month is included in the price. Any excess will be at your expense.

The apartments have their own access different from that of the owner. The building is under video surveillance on the main facade and the stairs. Each apartment has an intercom system which allows tenants to identify possible visitors and allow them access to the building or not. The permanent availability of water and the broadband wifi network is guaranteed. Hot water is also available in the bathrooms.

Quite cosmopolitan area with shops, pharmacy, bakery, fast food and restaurants. Just a 5-10 minute walk, you have access to:
- a typical Beninese market (Dantopka) with stalls of vegetables, fish, meat and other foodstuffs to cook dishes of your choice;

- a small laundry, very simple and very ordinary but very efficient and prized by our tenants.


To access a modern and well-stocked super market, you will need a 20-minute walk.
However, small grocery stores and local shops are available within 10 to 50 meters of the residence.
