Villa Biniali with Private Pool and Two Bedrooms

Villa Biniali welcomes you to Costitx, Mallorca—a traditional Mallorcan stone house with high ceilings and original walls. With 120 m², the villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, both with exterior views. There are 2 bathrooms: one indoors with a full shower and another outside. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living-dining room, which features a dining table, sofa, TV, and fireplace. Air conditioning is available in the living room, and the bedrooms have fans. You also have high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, step-free access, self check-in, and a baby cot.



Outside, enjoy a large private plot in a rural setting with mountain views. The private pool has sun loungers for your relaxation. Next to the pool, there is a covered terrace with a table and chairs, plus a small chill-out area. You’ll also find a private barbecue, garden, open terrace, outdoor shower, and a traditional Mallorcan patio at the rear entrance.



There are 2 shared parking spaces on the property. Events and parties are not allowed. Public transport does not reach the area.



The house is centrally located on the island, ideal for exploring both mountains and beaches. The surroundings are peaceful with few neighbors. Every Wednesday, there is a weekly market in Sineu. The area is perfect for hiking, cycling, and golf, with a nearby square.
