Finca Es Pujolet is located at the end of a small side street that leads up a hill from the village of Costitx. Once there, a natural paradise awaits you in the middle of the beautiful Mallorcan landscape. The view wanders over the hilly landscape around the house and the pool and lingers on the cypresses and the shady palm trees. Due to the absolutely privileged location, you can enjoy a very private atmosphere here, protected from prying eyes.
The accommodation
The house also impresses with its authentic Mallorcan flair inside, paired with modern comforts such as German satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped kitchen.On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms and a children's room with a bunk bed. There is a shower room in the house, another is outside. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Enjoy a great holiday at an affordable price with family and friends at Finca Es Pujolet!

Beautiful villa and setting

We were unfortunate to miss three days of our holiday due to a flight cancellation but the owners were wonderful and thoughtful. Everything about the villa was top notch. Even the fridge had plenty of drinks in it - alcoholic and soft - when we arrived. On top of all this, the owner visited a day or two after our arrival with another bottle of very fine red wine and a dinghy for the beach and said he was sorry to hear we had been delayed. Wonderful memories and we hope to return. Thank you.

Bien trop cher par rapport à la prestation

Site remarquable,propriétaire tres sympa , mais bien qu'il soit précisé sur l'annonce que la location se trouve dans le couloir de l'aeroport, c'est insupportable d'entendre toutes les 2 mn le passage , à basse altitude de ces avions;le bruit gache tout l'environnement. De plus ce serait bien de proposer 1 cuisine avec du matériel en état .La plaque de gaz est meme dangereuse ,. 3000 euros la semaine ne correspond pas aux prestations .Nous avions déja loué dans la region ,à la meme époque Désolés de ne pas etre plus positifs Cordialement

Betagende smukt….og lidt støj fra oven

Betagende beliggenhed - helt privat og med den smukkeste udsigt til naturen. Der er så fredeligt på “landjorden”, men det bør nævnes at fincaen ligger lige under flykorridoren til Palma lufthavn, så der er en konstant støj fra lavtgående fly. Fincaen er meget personligt indrettet - ligner ikke en udlejningsbolig, hvilket er meget positivt ment. Poolen er fuldstændig fantastisk - dyb og god at svømme i. Vi havde et skønt ophold. Man skal dog - i hvert fald i højsæsonen - gøre op med sig selv om man kan abstrahere fra en del larm fra “flymotorvejen”.

Erholsame Tage

Wir haben schöne 11 Tage in der Finca verbracht. Bei der Ankunft gab es verschiedene Geschenke wie Getränke, Wein, Wasser und Öl, vielen Dank dafür... Die Finca ist ist sehr schön und das Grundstück hat eine gute Größe, man ist völlig für sich. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Sehr schön war es jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Der Pool war sauber und die Liegen laden zum sonnen ein, leider gibt es keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, so das mein keinen Schattenplatz am Pool findet. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und die Betten sind bequem, alles ist rustikal eingerichtet, es ist ein Flat-TV mit Deutschen Programmen vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen...

Typisch Mallorca

Wunderschöne Finca mit allem was man benötigt zum entspannen. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet . Auf dem Grundstück kann man zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten Orangen, Feigen oder Oliven ernten. Wir können diese Finca wärmstens empfehlen! Die Finca ist äußerst großzügig und bietet mehr Platz als nötig. Die wunderschöne Lage ist einmalig. Der Pool und die Finca waren besonders sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns trotz Fluglärm pudelwohl gefühlt .

Schöne Finca mit traumhafter Außenanlage

Insbesondere die Außenanlage der Finca hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das morgendliche Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terrasse und die vielen Stunden am Pool - Erholung pur! Das Erdgeschoss der Finca ist sehr geräumig und offen gestaltet. Die Schlafzimmer hingegen sind recht klein und bieten recht wenig Platz für Koffer und Kleidung. Die Einrichtung ist eher traditionell gehalten und mit vielen Kleinigkeiten dekoriert. Das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Für uns hätte es ein bisschen weniger sein können.

Leider überschattet von extremem Fluglärm!!! Keine Erholung- Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis unkorrekt

Der Ort ist urig und klein aber fein, das Anwesen sehr abgeschieden und schön gelegen, die Finca traditionell-schön eingerichtet und im unteren Bereich sehr großzügig. Die Schlafzimmer eher klein und sehr stickig bei heißen Temperaturen. Keine Klimaanlage, nur lauter Ventilator. Der Pool großzügig, nur leider kein Sonnenschirm. Es wäre ein schönes Domizil, wenn nicht der immense Fluglärm stetig zu hören wäre- bis zu 7 Flugzeuge starten oder landen binnen 10 Minuten. An Urlaub und Entspannung war nicht zu denken! Von früh morgens bis spät nachts ist man voll beschallt! Wir waren als junges Paar mit Kind vor Ort- nicht zu empfehlen. sind nur geflüchtet um dem Lärm zu entfliehen. Sehr schade und für den hohen Preis pro Nacht- sehr frech. War unsere erste schlechte Finca-Erfahrung in Mallorca! Begrüßt wurden wir auch nicht und ALarmanlage ging beim Betreten des Hauses an. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin erhielten wir nur eine Mail und eine Flasche Wein. Das war alles. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend!!!

Tolle Finca mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Lage: Das Objekt befindet sich am Ortsrand des kleinen Ortes Costitx, am Ende einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig und voller Oliven- und Obstbäume, an denen man sich gerne bedienen darf. Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar, vorbeifahrende Autos sind sehr selten. Wie von den anderen Bewertern bereits erwähnt, ist der Fluglärm deutlich wahrnehmbar. Deutlicher gesagt, befindet sich eine der Ein- und Abflugrouten des Flughafen Palma direkt über dem Grundstück. Wir haben dies doch als störend wahrgenommen, unseren insgesamt positiven Eindruck hat dies aber nicht gemindert. Die erwähnten Esel sind uns in 2 Wochen nicht begegnet. Gebäude: Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen schönen, landestypischen Altbau. Der EG Bereich mit Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie Küche ist großzügig. Im OG befinden sich die Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein mit wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Die Betten sind sehr spartanisch. Hier könnte in etwas mehr Komfort investiert werden. Das Etagenbett im Kinderzimmer richtet sich auch an Kinder. Die Maximalbelegung ist hier also wie angegeben 4E2K. Eine Klimaanlage existiert nicht. Bei unserer Ankunft war ein reicher Fundus an Haushaltsartikeln von vielen Vormietern vorhanden. Außengelände: Im Außengelände sticht der Pool heraus. Dieser ist groß und in gutem Zustand. Der Pool wird auch während des Aufenthalts von den Vermietern gepflegt. Das Außenbad ist modern und geräumig. Nützliche Hinweise: Die Energieversorgung läuft über Solarenergie, nur wenn diese aufgebraucht ist, schaltet sich der Generator zu. Da dieser doch deutlich hörbar ist, sollte man große Verbraucher (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine) nicht gleichzeitig und/oder Nachts laufen lassen. Die Müllentsorgung läuft mit eigener Entsorgung über den Punto Verde in Costitx (Zugangskarte ist in der Finca vorhanden). Unsere Einkäufe haben wir in Inca gemacht. Hier ist alles nötige vorhanden. Costitx hat hier nur ein kleines Angebot. Ameisen, Mücken und Wespen sind in üblichen Maß vorhanden. Hier sollte man immer die üblichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen ergreifen.

Einfach nur schön

Alles war perfekt.. Wir alle (4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben die Finca genossen.. Ab und zu hört man die Flugzeuge.. Sonst ist es absolut ruhig.. Das Haus ist sehr sauber..Wer sich richtig erholen möchte ist hier genau richtig.. Gerne immer wieder..
