This flat with a large open-plan living area is located on the mezzanine floor with access to the communal garden and large private terrace.
The large living area has an open-plan kitchenette and is equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee machine and a microwave.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and a desk.
In the bathroom there is a modern shower, a bathtub and a washing machine.
Large, fenced communal garden with plants and trees and a swing for children.
Covered car park and storage room for bicycles.
La Casa Rossa is located near Lake Garda and the lake shore, in the centre of the picturesque hinterland.

The famous amusement parks such as Gardaland, Canevaworld, Natura Viva Zoo and Movieland can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.

Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00.
Check-out at 10.00 in the morning.

Obligatory taxes not included (to be paid in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax depending on the municipality, per person and per night (from 14 years).
- Late check-in: after 7pm € 30,00 / after 10pm € 50,00 will be charged.

Optional extras on request (payable in cash on arrival):
- Bed linen and towels: € 12,50 per person per change or you can bring your own and save the final price. Reservation required.
