Rustic home with stunning views

The house had a great layout with air con on the top floor which helped the kids sleep. The views to the lake were stunning. The hosts were very welcoming although we hadnt realised we would be sharing the garden and pool when booking. A great location for exploring this area of Italy.

Great house in a fantastic location!

We spent 3 weeks at this house. First, the location is fantastic, overlooking Garda and the bay (excellent sunsets). The house was well equipped and easily accommodated 3 adults and 2 children. It stayed cool in the heat and had excellent cross-breeze at night. Hans is very friendly and responsive with any issues and gave great tips about local highlights. All in all an idyllic house and location. We’d go back in a hot second. Strongly recommend.

Schönes Rustico mit tollem Blick und Entspannung pur

Hallo FeWo Gemeinde, liebe Vermieter, vorweg geschickt - viele positive Bewertungen haben schon die wichtigsten Punkte beschrieben, wir möchten uns da nicht unnötig wiederholen. Wir haben vor Buchung die (sehr genaue) Objekt-Beschreibung des Vermieters durchgelesen und die Urlauber-Kommentare, sodass wir uns im Vorfeld ein recht zutreffendes Bild von dem machen konnten, was wir gebucht haben. Ja, es ist kein vollklimatisierter und -automatisierter top-moderner „Neubau-Erstbezug“, sondern eben ein Rustico und natürlich gibt es immer etwas, an dem man rumkritteln kann. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, das Gesamtpaket hat für unseren Familienurlaub mit Hund(en) gepasst, Garten, Umgebung, Pool (eher Schwimmbad...) alles so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Internetverbindung war flott genug für ein Streaming, Tochter zufrieden, das Haus hat erfreulich viele Steckdosen, sodass die zusätzlich vorhandenen Ventilatoren optimal genutzt werden konnten. Das Beste: die Matratzen waren keine Hängematten, wie so oft in Ferienobjekten. Zwei Wochen ohne Rückenschmerzen sind was Feines. Ja, nicht jeder Mieter findet es optimal, wenn der Vermieter neben dran wohnt (weil er auch gerade selbst in seinem Objekt Urblaub macht) oder man sich den Garten/ den Pool mit einer weiteren Familie teilt. Leute, dafür zahlt Ihr ja auch keine 5.000 € die Woche - sondern einen fairen Preis für ein solides Objekt. Wir wollten 2025 gerne wiederkommen, Zeitraum leider bereits belegt, schade.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Rustiko hält was es verspricht. Es ist wirklich ein schönes altes Haus, funktionell eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht, schöne Bilder wo zum Nachdenken anregen und natürlich der beheizte Pool im schönen Garten und die tolle Aussicht auf den Garda. Die Vermieter sind beide sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Gerne wieder.😊😊

Grundsätzlich schönes Haus mit schönem Garten und Ausblick und Pool. Man sollte jedoch keinen Luxus erwarten. Das Haus ist eben alt, dadurch knarzen die Treppen und Fußböden. Das Bad in der obersten Etage ist sehr eng. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist für tiefergelgete Autos wirklich nicht geeignet.

Herrlicher Blick lädt zum Verweilen ein

Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was zu einem Faulenzer-Urlaub dazu gehört (z.B. genügend Liegestühle, gepflegter Garten mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge, Pool zum Abkühlen, bequem große Betten und mehr als ausreichendem Platz in den Zimmern). Garda mit Uferpromenade/Radweg am See entlang mit dem Auto in 10 Min./Fahrrad in 15 Min. erreichbar.

Gemütliches Rustico mit schönem Seeblick

Ein schönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf der oberen Terrasse sitzt man mit herrlichem Blick über den See ganz für sich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr nett, sie waren zur gleichen Zeit vor Ort und haben sich sehr darum bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Der Pool ist super, leider war es Ende September dann aber doch schon ein wenig zu kühl. Vielen Dank!

Urlaub wie bei Freunden

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem gemütlichen Rustico, in dem wir uns super wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind der Hammer! Womit wir nicht so richtig gerechnet hatten war, dass wir Garten und Pool mit Mitbewohnern der anderen Doppelhäuserhälfte teilen müssen. Im Normalfall kein Ding, unser Hund ist nur etwas „schwierig“ mit Fremden in der Nähe. Aber wir hatten so tolle liebe Nachbarn, wir konnten uns stets arrangieren. Vermieter top!👍Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaft

Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien in Costermano verbracht, die Unterkunft war bezaubernd und die Aussicht auf den See traumhaft. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und hat sich dank gekonnter Renovierungen seinen Charme bewahrt. Trotz der Nähe zum See ist die Lage ruhig und idyllisch, ein großer Supermarkt, Apotheke, Tankstelle usw. sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten und bei Bedarf auch fußläufig erreichbar. Das Highlight war vor allem für die Kinder der Pool im Garten, der dank täglicher Reinigung immer top gepflegt zur Verfügung stand. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen und standen für alle Rückfragen und Bitten jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit zur Verfügung, hierfür nochmal ein ganz großes Dankeschön. Der Urlaub war rundum schön und wir können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Urlaub in Costermano 3

Für Freunde rustikaler Unterkünfte und naturnahen Wohnen gut geeignet. Das Haus und die Anlage sind gut geeignet Abstand von der hektischen Zeit des Alltages zu finden. Gut ist, das zwar Geschirrspüler und andere moderne Dinge ( wie W-Lan) des Alltages zur Verfügung stehen, aber zum Glück kein Fernseher. Die Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit ist zwar etwas langsam, aber für das normale "googl'n" ausreichend. Man soll sich ja regenerieren und nicht den Alltag wie in der Heimat fortsetzen. Es stehen zwar bis zu drei Zimmer mit je zwei Betten zur Verfügung, die man aber nur auslasten sollte wenn man in etwa zur gleichen Zeit zu Bett geht und auch wieder aufsteht, da das Haus auf Grund seines Alters sehr hellhörig ist und die Dielen, sowie Treppen deutlich beim Laufen knarren. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt hier. Leider konnten wir wegen des Wetters die schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool nicht richtig nutzen.
