Rustico Villa Marciaga With Pool

The Villa (C.I M0230300121) is located in Marciaga, a small and panoramic location on the hills overlooking the Lake and the town of Garda, from which it is only a couple of kilometers away.It has just been completely renovated and furnished in a style suited to the type of structure. In fact there is a great prevalence of particular and characteristic wooden furniture. The Villa is made up of two distinct areas. On the ground floor there is the living area where you have the kitchen, a relaxing sitting area and a service bathroom also used as a laundry.
Through an original and steep wooden staircase, PLEASE keep in mind that it could be too dangerous for those with ambulation problems, you reach the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with fully equipped shower. The outdoor area is amazing. There is a large covered terrace where you can eat outside and relax while sipping a good glass of wine while also enjoying the view of the swimming pool surrounded by a lush and well-kept garden. There is also a gas BBQ and the possibility of private parking in front of the house.
For golf lovers, in the vicinity there is the famous Golf Degli Ulivi whose course offers spectacular views of Lake Garda

Einfach alles perfekt! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Rustico. Können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Das perfekt sanierte Haus, der große Garten, der traumhafte Pool und die Lage. Wir haben direkt für nächstes Jahr erneut gebucht. Vielen Dank an das Team von Domus Rental!

Wunderschönes Rustico mit tollem Garten
Wir sind wirklich begeistert von diesem Objekt. Es hat perfekt für uns gepasst und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Garten und das Haus sind top gepflegt und auch für unseren Hund war das Grundstück perfekt. Der Zaun ist überall dicht und bietet durch die hohe Hecke einen super Sichtschutz. Der Pool war super sauber und wir konnten ihn bereits Ende April nutzen. Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Die Organisation vor Ort war ebenfalls erstklassig . Als wir uns am Feiertag ausgesperrt hatten (immer einen Schlüssel draußen stecken lassen !! Die Haustür hat außen keine Klinke !), war sofort Hilfe da. Rundum ein toller Service und super Urlaub ! Wir buchen sicher wieder.

Tolle Lage alles da was man braucht ,auch der Poolboy kam regelmäßig .. Leider etwas lautes Umfeld besonders durch die Baustelle gegenüber die auch am frühen Morgen leider für viel Lärm gesorgt hat …

Traumhaft abgelegt und eingerichtet
Das Haus ist perfekt. Ein riesiger Garten sehr gepflegt Incl. Garten und Poolpflege aber diskret. Liegt toll am Hang mit sehr guter Zufahrt. Einkaufen gleich in der Nähe. Nach Garda nur 3 km. Pool sehr geschön abgelegt und groß. So stellt man sich einen Urlaub vor. Auch unserem Mops hat es sehr gut gefallen. Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Bis zum nächsten Mal nächstes Jahr 👍💕
