Had a very enjoyable holiday at Salauris Palace. 15 minutes walk from theme parks, staff were so lovely, and food was amazing - just ate way too much. Swimming pool was maybe a little smaller than expected and gym equipment could do with improving, but overall very happy with the hotel.

This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel and again everything was excellent. Rooms are cleaned daily, food is excellent, location is handy for the beach and Portaventura and animation team are fantastic! We'll be going back again, definitely recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful holiday we had at the H10 Salauris Palace at the start of August 2017! The hotel is clean and spacious, but the most valuable asset are it's staff, dining, table service, housekeeping, reception and animation team! Nothing is too much trouble for them, always polite and they were always very kind to my children. Meeting 'Daisy' at dinner was always a highlight. The food is excellent with a great selection, catering for young families and vegetarians too. The pool and water games, as well as the night time entertainment (mini disco is a highlight for the kids!), create a wonderful holiday atmosphere. I would recommend as it is perfectly located, 10 minutes to shops/beach and 10 minutes to Portaventura World.

Stayed here for a short break in August, The hotel is really nice and spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Staff friendly and helpful, entertainment staff in particular give it everything they have all day every day. Food was good with plenty of choice, drinks were a good measure but quite expensive. The only negative is the sunbed fiasco and a fiasco it is. There's plenty to go around no matter what time you go down, but we soon realised the doors open at 9 with people queuing at all times to get the best position near the pool. On our second day we decided to join the queue and that's when the fun starts. When the doors open it's a free for all. People pushing you, people standing on the spot so you can't put sunbeds down and people getting aggressive. I would go as far as to say nearly coming to blows. The worst thing is you can't reserve sunbeds or so it says but as usual they queue for ages, put their towels down then disappear until mid morning. Most of them went straight to breakfast creating huge queues that weren't necessary. I would suggest the hotel address this if at all possible. Lay the beds out and number them and maybe allocate at random, daily. If they can't do this then unattended beds should have the towels removed. It won't stop the carnage but at least it gives everyone a fair crack at it. A really good hotel but wouldn't return because of the sunbed situation.

Great location, nearest hotel to Port Aventura (that's not part of complex) only 12-15 minute walk. 10-12 minute walk to beach, but in a quiet part if Salou so it's not noisy at night. Lovely hotel, very clean, bedrooms are a good size, with a nice large TV on the wall. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great, good variety of hot and cold food. The evening meals are also great, good selection of salads, main courses and deserts.

We stayed at the H10 Salauris Palace between 13th and 20th of August 2017. We had a brilliant holiday. Staff: The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the entertainment team are second to none. During the day there were plenty of pool and non- water activities for kids and adults and the night entertainment was also very enjoyable. Food:We were there on a half board basis and found a great selection of food at both breakfast and dinner time. The hotel is spotless and our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We also had a balcony with a drying rack for wet clothes.

Just spent a week here with my wife and 2 children ages 12 and 15. Reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, room was ready early so we were able to drop cases and relax immediately. The pool is large with a fantastic seating and sunning area. Outside bars serving hot snacks or ice creams inside bar serving drinks most of the day. The entertainment staff were amazing with great credit going to Alex and Paula for the way they encourage everyone to join in. Pool Volleyball and pool aerobics is a must. The restaurant is spacious but did witness queues outside at times if you catch it wrong, we were lucky enough to get seats all of the time, but maybe this was because the hotel was full. The food, both breakfast and evening meal has plenty to choose from, and pretty much caters for everyone's needs. Very close to all the local theme parks, and likewise to the beach, which too is an amazing place but can be very busy. Hotel has a spa and rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi which is very pleasant. We had an amazing holiday and cann't wait to book up again. See You Soon.

We stayed here for a week in August this year. Had such a good time we are returning next year. Rooms - we had a family room with 2 huge single beds pushed together and 2 single beds seperate for the kids. Room was very big and clean with nice modern decor. Our beds were made every day and bathroom cleaned. Air con worked well the only thing was our balcony door didn't lock. Resturant - can't fault the food at all, high class and something for everyone, the staff in the restaurant were very attentive and lovely, we had one small issue with Rita who wasn't very pleasant at all but didn't let it bother us too much as everything else was perfect. Pool area - beautiful area...big pool and small kids pool, all very clean. The pool opens at 9am.....if you have a pool facing room you can watch all the grown men push little kids out the way running for their sun beds when the doors open.....honestly couldn't believe what I was seeing....embarrassing! Entertainment - the entertainment team are what make this hotel....they are fantastic with activities all day and night right to around 11.30pm. There is always something going on. The hotel get different acts coming in at night and they are great. Special mention also to the bar staff especially Miguel and Francisco who work so hard making sure you have drinks on your table.....those men work so hard! Location - good location , 10 minutes walk to Portaventura and 10 minutes the other way to the beach. The hotel also has bikes you can hire which we did and cycled along the promenade. You won't be disappointed with this hotel.

Nice hotel, food varied and different every night, we stayed half board in family room. Loved the "White party" on Friday, including a surprise afternoon foam party, special food and evening entertainment. The animation team were great, friendly and funny. Daisy the mascot appeared throughout the day and entertained the kids with mischievous behaviour. So sad to have left today! Also, the sandy beach was so busy but just get in the shallow sea and enjoy it as the weather is amazing. Mini disco at 9pm was highlight for kids.

Just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel. 2 adults and 2 boys - great location, fantastic food, lovely large bedrooms, entertainment team were the best both for kids and adults. Only slight downside but you can live with it was the queuing for sun beds in the morning and then having to take them down off the stacks they were in - still 5 stars for rating as the overall holiday was fantastic and this was just a minor blip.
