Chose this because of good Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. An excellent team, some of whom delivered the very best in service, from reception to the restaurant and bar. If Abdel is on, ask him for a Strawberry Mojito - I took one to our room and sipped it slowly, it was so perfect. Comfortable and good-sized double room, with a balcony. A good firm bed (sleep not a problem) and an excellent bathroom with a very high-pressure shower. Food very good. The breakfast spread was top notch and catered for all tastes. Good choices at dinner included turbot with black rice and crab and a superb chateaubriand steak (for 2) - the steak was served at the table with a huge selection of perfectly cooked vegetables. Fish of the day from the market another knockout. Strongly recommended.

i booked this hotel as a stop over to our destination for one night. I now wish we had spet more time there. First the hotel is in a lovely quiet area with large grounds. It is a large hotel but very well run. Our dinner here was fantastic. We had a great lobster pallela and the omelette with foie gras as a starter is a must. the service was great and breakfast was spot on. Great value for money.

I did a lot of research on this hotel and have to say it worked out great, the hotel has everything you could want. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good nothing more you could want. The restaurant serves really good and tasty food, our room was large and clean, the cleaning staff were really friendly. I rate this nearly a 5 star hotel, and will definitely come again. This hotel is what makes the Costa Bava a great place to visit

We hace been With My Wife to enjoy a break Weekend. We have arrived in the Hotel very full due a couple of weddings. The hotel attention and staff is lovely. We have get a massage incredible and enjoy the Ganesh SPA which is excellent. The room we choose has garden and is very nice and comfortable even the bed is to small for the room Price. The restaurant where we get the dinner is also Ok As resume everything is nice and good but little expensive.

We really loved our stay here. Even though the hotel was fully booked we still felt like we had the place to ourselves. We were here as a family with our kids (6 and 4) but seems like the kind of place that could also be suited to couples. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful - really made us feel at home. The family room was beautiful and really well thought out, with kids having a separate room with access to the bathroom and us having access to the garden. The breakfast was also superb, with a huge selection of really good quality food, and was served till eleven so more like a brunch as kept us full till dinner.

This hotel was a great choice. It has a nice atmosphere with different areas to relax (not only in the room's balcony, a reading room, the reception, by the pool, in the spa's solarium, etc) and a nice decor. It was also good for me as it is family friendly: Since there is space for the kids to play and at least two dedicated areas for children.

We were only one night as there was no further availability. My husband and our 2 kids (4 and 6 years old) in a familiar suite with a small garden. We were lucky that could check in earlier. The best option if you're looking to relax as it was our case. Even with 2 small children... The hotel was fully booked but you could not notice it anywhere - only about 1/3 of the beds on outside pool were occupied, in the spa there was 1 person at the time we went (14 to 15, time allowed for children), kids park and playroom, dinner was a bit more busy but still you had tables available (although we had made a reservation), breakfast busier as you would expect. But everything and everywhere was calm. I suppose some people were away visiting the coast, playing golf, doing trekking, or enjoying other things. Top service - thank you Julia for your kindness by the poll, reception, lunch, dinner, breakfast, spa. The room was great, very nice decoration throughout. Small pool for kids Location also helps to be a quiet place as you're about 15 minutes by car from the beaches. Small treats which make the difference: fruit salad when you're by the pool, kids can access the spa even if only 2 hours per day, Nespresso coffee in your room, cocktail drinks complimentary, kids room slippers Will come back for sure! It's difficult to say something to improve - maybe the ocasional bees but I guess that's part of the package as they have some honey production nearby, I personally prefer bath bases instead of bath tubs.

Very nice situated, the spa facilities are great (salt-chamber, finish sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi with different massage types). We stayed at a room situated in the "Macia" (old house), not very well divided and unfortunately with a strong aroma like a cheap cleaning products. There are so many great aromas/parfumes for rooms, I wonder how a hotel that costs 250 a day (or much more) can choose a bad strong smell. The restaurant was o.k., but nothing surprisingly nice. Two dishes were charged with prices more expensive than showed in the menu, but fortunately after complaining the staff corrected the bill. The breakfast had many options (continental), but unfortunately the scrambled eggs were sour - we couldn't eat it at all.

FIRST) where is beach...all holliday i was in pool. It like old hotel or athi house far far away. Booked this hotel for a relaxing family break as photos on their very slick website shows their 'family garden room ' as backing onto grounds/pool/play area. I booked months ago & emailed to check this when we made the reservation direct with the hotel, as you pay more for these rooms so wanted to be sure what we were getting. What a rip off it has turned out to be. We are the furthest away from the play area & pool that they could put us. Next to the gym & spa which kids can only use for very limited times anyway. Our 'garden' backs directly onto a car park, not my idea or any parents idea of child friendly or safe ! The gap/entrance in garden hedge is not secured by a gate so this means young children can run straight into car park or anyone can access our 'garden', so dare not take our eyes off our children in the garden or leave our ground floor room door open. Thought this option would be safer than a balcony, I was very wrong. Hmm not so relaxing or pretty after all ... The kids room is basically 2 beds squeezed into a very small area outside the bathroom, right next to the main bedroom door & hotel corridor ( so the kids could reach out of bed & literally unlock the bedroom door). There is a unit squeezed between the beds with sharp corners that stick out, so I am hoping my children do not hit their heads on that as they turn or get up in the night. Waste of money staying here with children there is a lot better in this area, so stay somewhere else, which is more family friendly , less pretentious and most importantly safer! You'll get a lot more for your money too. All activities like pitch & putt etc are extra despite the 5 star prices this 4 star hotel is charging. No kids menu advertised (or welcome packs for kids). So will need to go out for dinner. We just left a 3 star hotel in callela de parafrugell which was far superior & much better appointed for half the price than this place. Really disappointed with what we have for the money. Plus I am now starting to notice the horrible smell of manure too that other reviewers also mention and it's not even that hot here today. I rarely write reviews - unless something is brilliant or awful. But wanted to warn other young families against this place. No availability to move rooms apparently & conveniently no Manager on site all evening (in a 4 star hotel at the busiest time of year)! The receptionist says, 'what are you complaining about it's a car park not a highway ...' Nice friendly attitude!!!! Got a feeling they're not that Brit friendly here either ...
