4 lads in one room with ample space and a balcony with a beach view. Location is perfect as it's directly above KFC, 30 seconds from the beach and ideal for hitting bars and clubs. I'd recommend this hotel for groups of drinkers only as when we were drunk we didn't realise the thin floors and outside noise. Our last night was a chilled one and we had very little sleep due to partying in the street until 5am and partying and sex on the floor above us. Great price if you're a group on a drinking/partying weekend but a big no no if you are a family or want a romantic getaway.

Disappointed as I'm pregnant. Got this apartment paid 330 pounds for 7 nights. Asked receptionist about late check out she said I could if I paid £40 more, then 3 days later new receptionist says can't do late check out and kindly advised me to walk around for 4 hours being 7 months pregnant. No balcony view, pictures will show how dirty, loud neighbours, tv kept on going off and tiny room. Very unhappy with this booking book a! Last visit to Spain ever!

This hotel gets a 3/5 as it's a great location! They have a small pool upstairs. Right in front of the beach! Reception couldn't do enough for us. No toilets at the poolside. They don't clean your room if you are staying less than 1 week. They do give you more towels if you go to see them. You have to take your own rubbish out everyday. (which is not a problem bins are outside) If you are going for the nightlife and to party then this is the apartment for you!!! BUT IF YOU ARE GOING WITH YOUR FAMILY DON'T GO!! It get's a 0/5 as soon as it gets to 1am the noisy starts inside AND outside the apartment. I only went for 6 nights and every night I was up either shouting outside or inside the apartment itself! The noise goes on until 06.30am -7.00am .

The apartments are a decent size and are clean. We had 4 rooms in the hotel, 2 on floor 4 and 1 on floor 2 and a studio on the 6th floor. The balconys are a nice size and the location is brilliant. Literally facing the sea, 5 second walk to the beach and lots of places to eat around the hotel(KFC downstairs). There was alot of confusion in terms of late check-out, different people were saying different things which resulted in 1 of us nearly being thrown out of the hotel while the rest of us were out. The air con is good and the kitchen facilities were good. Beds were OK and we didn't really hear the noise at night. Bathroom had no ventilation though which lead to a very wet bathroom after a shower. It was good for what we paid, I would definitely stay there again.

Beach location right in the middle of the pubs and clubs, so can be noisy at night, you pay for what you get, cheap and cheerful, if you want peace and quiet dont stay here, but if you only want a base like we did this is the perfect place, nice and clean, lovely rooftop pool and sunbathing spot.

I was in Lloret with three friends. We loved Rosanna's! It was almost at the beach and close to all the big clubs! We had a blast! I wouldn't recommend the place for family trips though. The apartment had a great size. On the roof there was a small pool, perfect for dipping, but not big enough for swimming. The water could have been cleaner. The air condition in our room didn't work very well. I would definitely go here again, mostly because of the perfect location!

This hotel has most amazing views of Lloret. We had our room on 5th floor, facing the sea. Rooftop small swimming pool is a nice addition to the apartments. This town never sleeps, so it is really noisy day and night. Street noise is there 24h. When you close the balcony door, it is quiet. But only if there are no people on the corridor. The atrium just echos all what is being said in the corridor and on the stairs. When somebody rings the doorbell, it is just like yours is ringing. Also at nighttime. Or when the downstairs door slamming all night, you can hear it. When people come to sleep after partying, they just wake you up because the noise from the corridor. And the walls are thin as well, you can hear all kinds of sounds through the walls... We stayed 3 nights, our room was never cleaned and that was a surprise for us. I would have liked to know that at the time of booking, not when reading from the book on kitchen table. But the apartment was very clean, nice work from cleaning ladies. As a surprise we had to take our trash out ourselves!! That was not informed at the time of check in. The receptionist refused to release my deposit if I did not go upstairs and take the trash bags out!! That was really annoying, with 5 years old kid, with suitcases already in the corridor, going up and down, worrying that I would not miss my airport bus from the bus station!! The reception lady did not mind telling me that I should have started to pack my stuff 5 min earlier?!? After I had paid 20 EUR for 2 hours later check out (12 iso 10 am)!!! Internet connection was poor. Do not recommend for families with kids, it is too noisy to sleep. But when you are in town to party, you have just few steps to reach your bed.

Good Location near beach but can be very noisy at night. Our room was basic and the linen was never changed in 10 days. We did have our towels changed once. We never had a cleaner in during our 10 days. Could not recommend this area for families as we had a group of Ladies of the Night sitting almost outside the hotel at night which we 3 ladies found rather intimidating. This hotel take 100Euros up front to compensate for any damage etc. which is understandable with so many young people around but I think the area should be policed also. Also there are hoards of young people from the Continent swarming around all the time again a bit much. So not a lot more to add except to say LLoret would not be our choice again.

went for a long weekend for a friend, such a lovely hotel very clean nice rooms and the best bit,the roof top pool although its a bit small, lovely views from up there, plenty of bars and restaurants around the area and the beach across the road, watch out for those big cocktails!! and peaceful will definitely go again.

Eight of us stayed here in June 2015 for a stag party. We had two separate apartments, each of which slept 4 people. There is a bedroom with two single beds pushed together, and the main living area/kitchen area where there are two single sofa beds. The balcony was large with seating and there were good views of the beach and sea. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking equipment you would require if you were self catering. Check-in was efficient and friendly and we were given an inventory of kitchen items to check over and a deposit was required. It only took a few minutes to check the items against the list and I would highly recommend that you do this in order to prevent any possibility of loosing your money. The day we left a quick inspection was made of the room and the staff member checked over the inventory. This took around 10 minutes but was for both apartments. The staff members were friendly and we could not fault them. The room I stayed in was on the first floor and over looked the main road side of the apartment. I would highly recommend this side of the hotel if you like people watching but could see it being problematic for some people who may dislike the noise of the traffic and people below. The front side of the apartments are located on the beach front and the side aspect onto the main road. This is where the majority of bars and nightclubs are and can get extremely busy and boisterous late at night. There was a ‘lady of the night’ that stood outside the hotel o n the road side each night. Although I am sure that she would not approach families, being a group of lads we were propositioned each night. This is clearly not the fault of the apartments and is out of their control simply being due to the location that the apartments occupy. Not that it is a rough area, it’s simply where all that bars are and this would make sense for someone of that profession to linger. I would highly recommend the apartments to groups of friends or couples who are going to Lloret to enjoy the party scene. Due to being on a stag party, I was one of the many revellers in the street but had I been there for relaxation I am sure that the street noise would’ve frustrated me and kept me awake at night. Maybe this is not the same on the beach side and for higher floors and it would make sense to put the large groups who are clearly staying at the apartments on the lower floors. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.
