Stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Room was lovely very comfortable and clean. Bed was huge room was serviced daily balcony a little on the small size but adequate. Breakfast was a feast each morning and dinner was plentiful. Weird you can have cava and vodka free with breakfast but have to pay for water with dinner ! Hotel itself was kept very clean in all areas. We used spa an extra 8 eauros which was nice but full of children running around.saying that the weather was awful pouring with rain therefore they were unable to use outside pool. Beach just across road out of the back of hotel and directly opposite is an underpass to beach .Staff were great really enjoyed our stay.

We have been staying at this hotel on and off for about ten years and we keep returning! All the staff are friendly and the hotel is run very professionally. The restaurant serves excellent food and is also immaculate, I hope to be returning again next year!

Very classy hotel and excellent check in at front desk. Just a weekend spent here with 'Storm Hugo'. The weather was bad, but no fault of the hotel. The bedroom was really large, but due to the weather spent some time in the room with only one UK channel, so could be improved for UK customers. Mostly Spanish and German residents here, which of course is their perogative Nice little onsite shop, which do great pizza to take to your room. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and I would choose not to go back in the peak season. I upgraded upon check-in to half board and I can tell you the food was delicious and a vast variety for very little money. An early checkout was catered for with an early breakfast. Well done to all hotel staff.

I absolutely loved this hotel. 2 nights in the family room with breakfast, lunch and Dinner included. The room size was amazing and the food quality was out of this world! The pool was cold (as it was April) but we still went in!! (Typical Brits) Evening entertainment was also excellent! I had previously stayed at Aqua Montague, but truth is...I think this is the better hotel! Would I go again....I sure would! My only negative...dinner drinks are a little pricey and I was told off for bringing a small bottle of water to the table! Apart from the above...fantastic hotel, thank you!

all of my friends aree pleased with the service. To sum their staff up, the brekfast they normally serve is served at 8 am.But, our flight was early in the morning and they kindly gave us brekfast earlier for our benefit which was very helpful. The food was very nice and it was very enjoyable. I would definetely recommend visiting here. Also, their rooms were very nice and clean and everything was an enjoyment in this place.

We stayed here in mid March for seven nights , a great hotel but Santa Susanna is crap and has no character . The food , the cleanliness of the hotel , the friendliness of the staff was top class and we totally enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the Onabrava Hotel . We had the breakfast and dinner buffet each night where the quality and variety of food was top class . We were booked into the normal room but upgraded to the Superior room which has a nicer view and was well worth the extra 20 euro a night extra .

I spent a one week holiday with a family in this hotel and it definitely exceeded our expectation. Reception staff helped us to check in quickly and later helped with renting a car or printing boarding tickets too. Staff in general was behaving very friendly all the time, which was nice. Two bedroom suite with a balkony was excellent, newly reconstructed with lot of free space and direct view on sea. Also all hotels common areas were spacy and well maintained (we had not visited pool or spa, so cannot make a comment on it). We had a half board -it is possible to switch between lunch and supper- with possibility to choose among huge variety of meals (self-service, while waiters offer you drinks). Menu differs every day. Nights were ok -I am quite a sensible to noise at night, but none came from a hotel and only some quiet train passed from time to time, which was not a problem for me. As I have probaly not spent a holiday in a better hotel yet (note -I do not seek expensive luxury, so can not compare with "world top 10" :-), I can only recommend. Lukas Neuwirth

We stayed half board for 7 nights from 29 September 2017 & were very happy with everything. Santa Susanna was quiet & attractive, with a long promenade, no rowdy areas we could see. We paid extra for a premium room overlooking the pool, very comfortable, clean & modern with 2 double beds (were supposed to be twin beds), so we could spread out! The restaurant & food was wonderful, the choice was amazing so no problems there at all. The staff were very attentive & helpful wherever we went. There was entertainment every night plus a piano bar. Plenty of places to sit indoors & out, no fighting for loungers at this time of year, but there were lots to choose from anyway. The pool was excellent if a little cold, but the indoor spa pool was warm. The only downside for us was the walk to the beach, as I have some difficulty walking due to a foot operation, we were a little bit too far, although the hotel is situated along the front, there is a railway line all along the coast, so there is a walk to get to the access points for the beach. If you are fit & able there should be no problem. However we were close to the small railway stop & managed to travel to Barcelona very easily. Likewise a train trip to other places along the coast would be quite easy. We would certainly go to this hotel again.

Hotel was lovely and staff very friendly overall. Breakfasts were delicious in the morning however some nights for tea the food wasn’t very tasty - nothing terrible, just not a really good meal. Lots of space around the pool. Beach was quite nice however grainy sand and no sun beds. Not that much around the hotel other than other hotels, so eating out for lunch wasnt the best and we ended up eating at the snack bar by the pool - which was nice food anyway! The bar was very expensive of a night but there wasn’t many places too close by for a nice few drinks out. Overall really good stay room was spotless and fresh towels every day, mainly just the surrounding area was lacking variety of restaurants and bars!

This hotel is so beautiful, professional staff, easy check in and check out, good food (half board), clean rooms and daily room service, lovely and clean indoor and outdoor pool. The kids club was fantastic. My girls aged 7 and 5 years enjoyed every bit of their stay. The beach is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel... Had the best holiday so far
