visited in the beginning of october with 100 ppl group. we ourselves stayed with a family. food was very good, location was good too only 5 min walk to beach. only thing was room size was tiny but i guess thats normal to spain? they cleaned room well, sometimes even twice a day.

Was in this hotel last week in September. We have been coming to this hotel for the last 13 years and we have loved it,but I have to say that even though it has been completely redecorated and is a beautiful hotel the food was a disappointment. The staff are the best apart from the person who dealt with our checkout who was really rude and needs some customer service training. We love the aquamarine but the food in the first three days was cold and this was boiled potatoes. We are sorry that we have had to complain about the hotel

They want to earn off of everything. Our group travels a lot all over the world and we always purchase an all inclusive package. This hotel’s all inclusive is worth nothing, not even the water was free unless during breakfast, lunch or dinner. All inclusive wine means 1 bottle per 2 persons during lunch or dinner. Even the server said: all inclusive does not mean ALL inclusive. Their indoor pool and gym costs separate 7€ per day. Ridiculus! Furthermore, most of the time wifi did not work.

Just got back from this lovely and we’ll kept hotel Had a long weekend with the wife at the hotel Food was a very high standard well presented Room was a bit on the small side but that’s probably all which was wrong With it Plenty of bars and restaurants on the promenade to visit at good prices Would definitely go back as a couple but not with our teenage daughter

Standard big Costa Brava hotel, but refurbished to a decent standard and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool and spa area. Comfortable and clean rooms. Pretty busy even during off-season, with the breakfast buffet particularly mobbed. Reasonable value, but resort and hotel don't have much character ... the evening entertainment was fairly dire ... felt very much like Brits and Germans abroad. But having said that, it was OK overall and one of the better hotels in Santa Susanna.

Myself and my partner got a really good deal for this hotel with the half board option. The entrance to the hotel is lovely and clean and there are lots of friendly faves behind reception Many of them seem multilingual which is great for europeans everywhere We were offered a free room upgrade to premium which meant we got beautiful sea views. The sunbed situation was a little chaotic but worked ok. Far to many screaming children around and no adult only areas. The buffet meals were a bit if a highlight really... it is probably the best I've had bulk service wise. All food was hot and plentiful. The staff were constantly refilling almost empties. There was so much choice, especailly for the evening meal. Desserts were lovely too and a chocolate fountain seemed to be the key attraction for kids. We did have one complaint about this stay which really does warrant its average marking. One afternoon we were lay by the pool and an almighty explosion erupted, i quickly looked up to see a cloud of smoke and a member of the animation team fall to the floor. Momentarily we thought we would need to run for our lives as both Manchester and london terror attacks haf recently taken place It was then announced, among laughter that it was a practice for a show later on. I think this warning should have been given before the practice and a little respect shown. Being from manchester myself i found it very tactless and to be honest momentarily terrifying Not good!

We love this hotel. We stay here usually twice a year for early season break and one in October. The rooms are always clean and adequate for what you need. The food choice is exceptional in the dining room and you are seated with a reservation card which avoids people using your table if you've left it to get another course. The pool area is very busy if you want to sunbathe and the sun beds ar close together. The spa area is great with charges and you have to obtain a hair cap for hygiene reasons. The only down fall in spa in area is that they allow young children in and in wet times it can get rather noisy. Ian used to visiting spas which are adult only and my children are older so perhaps I am now biased. They do have entertainment. I can't comment on this as we usually go out in the local area and sit in a Spanish bar on the main promenade and have a walk to visit the local craft stalls. The train station is a short walk from the hotel up the promenade. You can easily go to Barcelona for the day which is about ten euros. You can also get the train to get to nearby resorts. We visit Pineda and Calella. They have market days in most resorts and Calella is great on Saturday for shopping

Had a fantastic stay. The hotel is spotless and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Fantastic breakfast experience, much better organised than at other hotels we've stayed in. Entertainment for the whole family. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here along with my 11yr old sons football team whilst on a football tour. We arrived late in the evening and found that once we had checked in the hotel had set out the now closed restaurant with cold meats and and salad to enable us to have an evening meal. As my youngest is autistic we were a little worried how he would cope with the queuing for food but the hotel staff were fantastic and accommodated us brilliantly. We really enjoyed our time here and the location is superb as you are only 5 minutes from the beach. Will definitely be going back

overall great hotel ,location, and facilities.choice of food was outstanding, and even though it was a large hotel,we never had to wait to be seated in the restaurant. we not not particularly impressed with the room, air con was terrible, luckily it wasent to hot during our stay. staff helpful, entertainment good, location good, nice and quiet, plenty of sunbeds even during peak times. shouldnt have to pay for safe deposit box should be inclded in the price,wi-fi was excellent.
