From the lobby to the hallways ( and other common areas ) to our room.... the CVI & S was clean and comfortable. The property was easy to reach from a nearby state route, as well as convenient to local features, restaurants, and shopping. Of equal importance, our interactions with the staff - which probably numbered about 5 - proved to be very enjoyable. From the front desk workers to members of the cleaning staff, they were all polite, pleasant, and friendly.

Starting to show its age but otherwise clean and comfortable. Walls could be a bit more soundproof. Would have liked to know that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation before I selected this hotel.

The only thing we don't really like, is the beds. They are very firm. We would prefer softer mattresses. But we always stay here, because everything else is fantastic
