**Other things to note**
- Hot tub is cleaned and ready for each guest—enjoy responsibly; we are not liable for any accidents and do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.

- Be cautious on windy roads, especially in winter. Four-wheel drive is not required but recommended if available in less desirable weather, Give yourself extra time and try to arrive before it gets dark.

- Enjoy the outdoor wood fire pit; please use safety precautions and bring firewood

- Cell reception can vary by carrier; please enjoy the free WiFi

- Wildlife is part of our natural charm—secure all food and use the metal trashcan outside for all trash. As a preventative measure, we actively treat the cabin for all types of pests - refunds will not be given for encountering bugs.

- Refunds are not given for things outside of our control (weather, natural disasters, power outages, and personal matters); trip insurance is recommended

- Outward-facing security camera monitors the driveway for your safety.

- Early check-in/late check-out is not available; adhere to the 10 am checkout.
