Patio with garden furniture. 1 small/medium dog welcome. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. This charming cosy semi-detached farmhouse is set in 150 acres of beautiful countryside, on a farm, with spectacular views and walks direct from the holiday cottage; with many notable features including exposed beams and inglenook fire surround with cosy woodburner in the lounge. There is also a separate dining area in the sun room which enjoys lovely rural views over open fields. Simply relax in the peaceful surroundings or enjoy the many activities in the area, including horse riding, mountain biking and road cycling. You can take a tour of Snowdonia, North Wales Coast, Betws-y-Coed and Llangollen with their great range of walking and climbing routes, and Bala, 8 miles where you can try canoeing, rafting and sailing on the famous lake. An ideal base from which to explore this scenic area. Shop 3 miles, pub serving food ¾ mile.
