The cottage located in a municipal building opposite the church of Sainte Catherine d'Arnans, offers you more than 100 m² of comfortable and warm space. Backed by a farm, it invites you to an authentic immersion in the countryside. After passing through the front door, you enter a hall opening onto a wooden staircase allowing you to access the first floor of the gîte. A laundry room equipped with a WC and a washing machine is at your disposal. You can gather in a relaxation area equipped with a sofa and the original municipal council table with different seats. This room opens directly onto the enclosed garden of the gîte, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy the sunny days. Your animal friends are also welcome to enjoy these outdoors. Upstairs, the cozy interior includes a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen area and a lounge area, where you can relax on a convertible sofa (140x190). A closed and glazed mezzanine bedroom offers you two single beds (80x190), while another bedroom accommodates a double bed (140x190) for soft and restorative nights. A bathroom and separate toilets complete this floor. The environment invites you to explore the wonders of Revermont with its Gorges de l'Ain, located nearby. Set off to discover picturesque trails, breathtaking panoramas and encounters with preserved flora and fauna. Treat yourself to an enchanted break in the heart of unspoiled nature, where calm and serenity await you.
