Welcoming outbuilding of an ancient recently-restored villa situated only 6,5 km from the beautiful Etruscan town of Cortona. This property is in quiet location on a large estate producing olive oil and offers a nice pool with amazing views over the surrounding hills and woods and the Trasimeno Lake in the distance. The interiors are nicely furnished in a rustic style.
The property owners live in the main villa.
This property is on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and it is ideally located to visit beautiful art cities such as Siena, Perugia, Assissi, Gubbio, Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Montalcino (renowned for the production of the Brunello wine), Pienza (all of them are within 80 km).
