The house is located in the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo, a few steps from the famous “Corso Italia”, the main pedestrian street of the town with its numerous clubs, restaurants, shops and boutiques. The main tourist and sporting attractions of the country, including the golf course, the Apollonio tennis courts and the ski areas, are easily reachable in a few minutes by car.
The apartment is new, completely covered in wood and furnished with attention to detail. It consists of a living area with a comfortable and large sofa, LCD TV and dining table with wooden bench and chairs. From the living room you can access a large panoramic balcony overlooking the main street. The kitchen is separate, but visible from the living room through a large window; it is equipped with oven, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washer / dryer. There are two double bedrooms with large wardrobe. Each room has a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi connection and two parking spaces in the external square complete this beautiful property.
