House was clean and nice. The master bedroom is part of the main house but the two other bedrooms have separate entrances from the main house. The keys on the doors were finicky and we ended up using keys instead. The management was super responsive.

Host experience. Couldnt cool outside bedrooms unless we turned down thermostat in the main house. Would come home in the afternoon to the thermostat being reset to 78. Called the host for help, she proceeded to chastise us for setting the thermostat to 67 after it was set to 78 through their NEST. Basically called us liars among other things. Very immature and unprofessional. Also found out they had this HOT problem with other guest.
