This studio on the top floor of a building dating back to the late 19th century, and recently renovated, you will necessarily enjoy. 23m2 simply, but equipped with everything you could wish for, (equipped kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom, television and even a washing machine). A lift to save you a long climb, especially a superb terrace overlooking the mountains and the Citadel of Corte. Placed in the center of the city, near the parking Tuffelli (100m) and only 15 minutes on foot from the station.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in der Stadt, so dass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Sie ist in der obersten Etage nach hinten raus mit Blick auf die Berge und die Citadelle und hat einen schönen Balkon nach Westen. Man kann sie gut verdunkeln und Abschatten mit Fensterläden. Sie hat eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sie ist in renoviertem Zustand. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und einen sehr schönen Balkon in den Innenhof mit Blick in die Berge. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super host au top, logement au top, emplacement au top !

Une semaine inoubliable chez une personne de qualité, un logement très bien étudié, très bien aménagé. Une jolie terrasse avec une magnifique vue des montagnes. Un point de départ idéal pour les randos. Tous les commerces à nos pieds, dont la boulangerie Grimaldi, qui nous a permis d’avoir du très bon pain et des viennoiseries tous les matins. Mais avant toute chose, Loïc a été bien plus que formidable ! Très bon accueil, des supers bons plans de randonnées, quelqu’un avec une grande humanité (oh que oui, la vie est belle à Corte) Pour tout dire, on sait où revenir...

Magnifique studio avec terrasse

Loic a été formidable de simplicité et d’accueil. Le studio est parfait, refait à neuf avec Clim et même l’ascenseur. Très calme et en plein centre. Venez les yeux fermés et ouvrez les sur le magnifique panorama des montagnes de Corté.

klein aber sehr fein

Toll eingerichtete Wohnung im Zentrum von Corte. Die Wohnung ist klein aber es fehlt an nichts. Sehr gerne erinnern wir uns an die morgendlichen und abendlichen Stunden auf dem Balkon mit herrlichem Blick nach Westen in die Berge und auf die Zitadelle. Ein Glücksfall, dass sich die beste Boulangerie/ Patisserie der Stadt unten im Haus befindet.

Geweldig appartement

Aangenaam verrast door de compleetheid en comfort van dit appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is er en de kleine ruimte is zo goed ingericht dat de muren niet op je af komen. Het balkon is lekker om s'morgen te ontbijten en s'avond na te genieten van de dag. Overdag is het te warm om er te verblijven. Het appartement ligt aan de hoofdstraat die uitmondt in het oude stadscentrum waar het gezellig druk is met meer dan voldoende eetgelegenheden en leuke nauwe steegjes om doorheen te wandelen. Parkeren is een dingetje, maar na wat verkenning weet je na een paar dagen de plekjes waar je gratis kan parkeren. Corte is een hele goede uitvalsbasis naar diverse plaatsen op Corsica.

Recommend without hesitation

We stayed here in early July 2018, a hot summer, so I would firstly note that the AC worked very well! The apartment is very well equipped and very nicely laid out; it is a studio apartment but it has space! We had no problems at all during our stay but Loic lives nearby so it was always very easy to arrange to meet him. It was a quiet place despite being right in the heart of the town of Corte. I would also say that the price was very reasonable, it is great value for money. Above all, with the decor and the balcon, this was a cool place to stay! I would warmly recommend it and if, or rather when, we come back to Corte, we will hopefully stay here again.

Très agréable séjour

Très joli studio avec tout le confort souhaité pour deux personnes. Logement à l'environnement très calme car situé côté cour face à la montagne. Le plus: un balcon sur lequel on a pu prendre tous nos repas. Situé en plein centre de Corte avec toutes les commodités à vos pieds. Charmant à l'égal de leurs propriétaires.

stilvolle Fewo im Zentrum von Corte

Die Fewo befindet sich im 5. Stock eines MFH im Zentrum von Corte, direkt an der belebten Cours Paoli. In der Fewo ist es jedoch sehr ruhig, da sie in den Hinterhof zeigt. Austattung der Fewo war absolut spitze, sie ist neu und sehr stilvoll/ liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, Küchenausstattung top, es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ... die wir auch genutzt haben! Alles ist sehr sauber. Auf der Terasse kann man gerade am Morgen super frühstücken (Süd/Westseite) und blickt auf die umliegenden Berge/ die Zitadelle. Klima ist vorhanden. Direkt im Nebenhaus gibt es eine klasse Boulangerie... perfekt für den Start in den Tag. Durch die zentrale Lage kann man Corte super erkunden und essen gehen. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist die Parkplatzsuche, denn zum Haus sind keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Mit etwas Glück & Geduld haben wir jedoch jeden Abend auf der Avenue de Gaullle/Baron Mariani einen Platz gefunden, ca 5 Min von der Fewo entfernt. Achtung im vorderen Bereich (Place du duc de Padoue) gebührenpflichtig. Für die Abreise haben wir dann die kleine Hinterhofstraße genutzt, da der Fahrstuhl auch zu der Richtung benutzt werden kann. Für unsere Korsikarundreise hatten wir 4 Fewo gebucht, die hier in Corte war die Beste! Loic ist sehr nett, Kommunikation war top... die Restaurantempfehlung war klasse! Wir können die Fewo uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und bedanken uns bei Loic für die unvergesslichen Tage! David und Kristin
