Floor 2: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90X190), with bathroom with shower and private toilet. Private land of 800 m². Gite adjoining the owner's house, located on a property that also includes 2 other gites (22G520321 and 22G520326) What a pleasure to stay in such a green setting while being only 11 km from the coast! And what a setting! This charming stone house, located in the middle of a 12th century fortified enclosure, offers you a total change of scenery, in a peaceful environment... If you wish, the owner can even tell you the history of this place. As for the activities, they will not be lacking! A desire to take the sea air? Discover the Emerald Coast! The beaches of St Jacut de la mer, St Cast Le Guildo or Lancieux are just waiting for you... Not to mention the very chic resort of Dinard and its Belle Epoque villas (33 km) or the corsair city of St Malo (40 kilometres). A must during your stay will be a visit to the medieval town of Dinan (12 km). Through its picturesque streets, its ramparts, its castle, go back in time. From there, take the opportunity to discover the Rance valley, to the rhythm of the locks, villages and typical ports that border it. Gite located in a quiet environment and 40km from the Emerald Coast.
