Because of the air traffic controllers' strike in October we could stay two more days in Corsica and chose this resort. Our studio was simple, clean and spacey. It was equipped with a complete kitchen and enough dishes, glasses and cutlery for a big party... Garden with pool was well tended and clean. When traveling to Porto-Vecchio we would definitely consider staying there again.

First of all, it's really impossible to find it, out gps wouldn't find it so we looked for it for an hour or so and we asked random people for the way. We phoned the hotel and asked them for the way, but they were more or less useless, they don't speak english or don't understand half of the questions. I asked for the address and the house number and they said that they don't know. The address on the reservation was Pinarello, Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio and that's the confusing part because those are 2 different places and our gps found a 3rd one but ok, it's in pinarello and on corsica they don't have house numbers or an address. Then we went to a villa on the way and a super nice french couple showed us the way, thank god because we wouldn't have found it in a million years. The studio is ok, but it's not getting cleaned at all, they have a problem with the hot water, you can easily get burned. The wifi is really slow to non-existent. If you're a private person, the studios may not be the right place for you, the studio windows are very close to each other and some people were looking in while we were trying to sleep. 눇 Good location, good kitchen equipment, nice beach and view.

Very nice residence not far from the city center of Pinareddu. 30 minutes far from Porto Vecchio. Kitchen, tv and internet available. See is not really far from the hotel and during the night not far there is the possibility to have fun is some pubs. At the reception very kind staff with some problems to speak english.

Very nice complex of holiday apartments. Spacious room with good beds, sitting/lounge area, terrace and well equipped kitchen. Wonderfull view over the bay. Nearby many -although somewhat expensive- restaurants to choose from.

We spent one night in this Hotel on our way to Bonifacio to catch the ferry to Sardinia. It was a little hard to find, as we did not realise it was actually on the way to a village called Pinarello, rather than in Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio as indicated in the booking information, and there was no street address given. It is an older style establishment, set in beautiful extensive grounds, but showing its age somewhat, and in need of some renovation. We stayed in a small studio apartment, which was comfortable and had its own private patio. This was nice, as was having a kitchen, but the gas stovetop burners' automatic lighters did not work, necessitating a trip back to reception. It was a little annoying having to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea, but that was a minor inconvenience. The lighting in the studio was atrocious, and totally inadequate for anyone wanting to read. The flat screen TV worked well, and had multiple language options - this was a plus. The bathroom plumbing was a bit noisy, but not as noisy as that of our upstairs neighbours, which woke me at least twice during the night. The local cat also woke us during the night, very persistently scratching at the window, and then at the door, to get in.j We elected not to have breakfast in the retardant, as we felt that what was on offer was somewhat overpriced.

Have recently visited the hotel on 3 night having ended to try and spent the least time possible in the room for its poor size, bad level of cleanliness (the room was not clean with paper in the toilet when we check in) but also to avoid to have a disappointing experience. Paid 140 room per night for what its was a 2 star hotel room style of a highway in germany, just that at least there is clean. We spoke english italian and french to them but had difficulty in get understood for basic needs, got an extremely bad look for anything we asked and ended up missing the poor, simple but cozy and welcoming place we rented in Calvi... Would not go back even for free and would advice to avoid booking the hotel rooms hoping that the villas might be better. Ps the villas were an option when we checked in and realize that us plus the two luggages would not fit, yet naturally would have been 110 euro more per night..........

We were in studio apartment which we found more than adequate with stunning views from front and rear windows. There was a problem with the hot water system so we offered alternative accommodation in a bungalow which was even better than the studio, all in all a very pleasant stay thanks to the assistance and attentiveness of the staff.

had a great holiday despite an ugly room in a lifeless group of rooms and villas. my wife was pregnant at the time and a lack of promised airconditioning made her stay uncomfortable. we're going again to pinerello. just not with thompson

Thanks to Trip Advisor we were well prepared for our stay. We had two adjoining mini villas, set amongst trees, which were well equipped - microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer, hair drier. Second bedroom was fine for two youngish children but too small to put a cot in too. The bathroom was rather small. The villas had been thoroughly cleaned; no maid service so a cleaning kit would have been useful as would more towels. The site itself was quiet so plenty of room around the pool. Very friendly staff. Good range of restaurants within walking distance - a little expensive due to the exchange rate. A car is really a must - we were able to go to different beaches ( La Testa is 10 minutes away, almost empty and rock pools ideal for our granddaughter). We could also get to the hypermarket though the Spar in the nearest village is adequate. Essentials are a car, plenty of sun cream, citronelle candles and insect repellent , although we were bitten out and about not on site. Not a problem if you're prepared. Overall, a brilliant , relaxed holiday which the whole family enjoyed. We definitely would return.

We have just come back from the U Paesolu, Corsica and although Corsica is a lovely Island we were not informed by the holiday company that there is hardly anything open at the end of September, the nearest shops open is 45 min walk from the Hotel, you need a car to get about but if you hire it on the Island you pay 3 times as much as hiring it at home, plus they charge you 50 Euros to bring it to your accommodation and if you don't pay that you don't get it, we were also ill informed that there is no public transport in September nothing at all so if you don't hire a car you have to walk, the beach is 20 mins walk from the Hotel not 10 mins and the walk back up from the restaurants is slightly up hill, definately not for the infirm. The hotel did not clean the room at all and if you wanted new towels you had to cart up to the laundry to change yours, and when they are soaking wet its not a nice job. Very dissapointed with the Hotel there was a wedding on the Saturday and we were thrown out of the bar, the next nearest one is in the bay so not on the door step, I wouldn't recommend this at all.
