Located in the sought-after Port Aransas neighborhood called Royal Sands and is just steps away from the golf cart accessible community boardwalk! Soak this up with your very own 6-seater golf cart, which is included with the rental! Enjoy the tropical vibe created by a fun color palette and beachy décor, and soak in the sun on the spacious wraparound deck. Don't forget to bring your furry friends! Turquoise Treasure is pet-friendly! As a part of the desirable Royal Sands community, enjoy access to three shared pools and a hot tub! If traveling with a larger group, consider renting one of the many other Royal Sands homes managed by Port A Beach House for additional space.

***The golf cart is rented through a local company, Joy Golf Carts. They will reach out to you upon booking and have you sign a waiver, send in a copy of your DL and auto insurance, and provide a CC to keep on file in case of incidentals. The golf cart will be delivered to the house on the morning of your arrival. This golf cart is not included in same-day bookings. If you book this less than 48 hours before checking in, the golf cart will have to be manually added at an additional cost.

Beach gear credits are included! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of I, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in timeapproximatemime; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by,4 pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the prop, with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
