Although the place was comfortable and accommodating, there were issues witb cleanliness. It does need more of a deep clean and dusting. There were roaches in the kitchen, primarily come out from the dishwasher. Management was very quick to respond and get an exterminator out to spray, but we could not use the kitchen at all and kept all of our things as far away from that area as possible.

This place is great! The condo we stayed out was pet friendly and it was well maintained even though you could tell pets have stayed there. It’s a great condo well maintained, extremely clean and great location. The pool was wonderful and the whole area was very clean and maintained. It’s just a great place. We will stay here again for sure.

Property location near beach. Dirty Condo, bathroom sink had yucky guck, bath tube was very dirty and ac condenser pipe was leaking constantly onto tube so I did not use that bathroom. Towels were nasty. The bedroom had a bed with over sized bed frame. I hit my ankle a couple of times (it hurt) trying to get on the side I was sleeping. The keurig had mold so I had to go to store and purchase new one for our stay in middle of night. The bed comforter was very dirty and found a small roach in the bed.

Ok so there is one review that states there is nothing in the unit not true the unit is fully stock and it’s nice the down falls are, in the bedrooms the blinds are white and no curtains so the bright lights from outside were shining in and it was like daylight. Was ask to strip the bed and start the first linen load ok but it would be nice if they provided the soap for the washing machine for that I did not have any. However after striping the bed in room one there was hair all on the bed. I mean a lot of hair not just a few pieces of hair it was a lot. Other than that we enjoyed the unit just fine. If you need help starting the dishwasher lol because I did lol just tap the wash cycle you want to use and touch start and it will start took me longer then it should have to start it lol..

La verdad es que la pasamos super bien, si tuviera que escoger solo una puntuación en total, dariamos 5 estrellas. La limpieza dentro del apartamento muy buena, solo se olvidó barrer el portal o balcón, el proceso de checking fue normal, pero recibimos un mensaje donde nos decía que si el apartamento estaba listo antes de la hora, nos avisarían, llegamos antes de las 4 pm, nos fijamos que nadie trabajaba en el departamento y aún así, no pudimos entrar hasta las 4:00 en punto, no entendimos entonces por qué enviaron ese mensaje. Encontramos de casi todo en el departamento para cocinar, solo que no encontramos sartenes bajitos, todos eran hondos, ya algo más relacionado con nuestra cultura, sería bueno unas tazas de café pequeñas, para café expreso, pero recalco, sería una especificación cultural. Agradecimos mucho los cuadros de la pared, relacionados con nuestras raíces. La ubicación inmejorable, al frente de la piscina, cerca del mar y de otras instalaciones de interés para cualquier turista. Las fotos del departamento que se muestran en la página son reales. Encontramos diferentes juegos de entretenimiento en la casa. Usamos el sofá cama y está muy bueno y cómodo. De hecho, ya lo he recomendado a amigos. Gracias

Walk to beach, very dog friendly

It was nice. The only reason 4 stars instead of 5 was the difficulty we had just trying to turn on a television and the light/fan switches. The condo is also bare bones as far as the kitchen goes. No salt/pepper, coffee filters, aluminum foil, nada. I have stayed so many places and I plan on bringing what we need but usually there is some small staples so that you do not have to go to the store for a whole pack of coffee filters for one day. Other than that, clean, fun place because there is so much to do on property and the beach is just across the dune line.
