Our stay was amazing. Started with catch & release fishing as soon as we arrived, played chess outside, grilled & board games till midnight. The beach was less than hop & a skip away, so making several trips back & forth was easy. The beach house looks small from the outside but it is plenty spacious on the inside. Very clean, well prepared & beautiful all around. Oh, there is plenty of parking also.

Clean and cute, close to beach

Loved the house and location, which had mostly everything we needed. Golf cart not included, but local companies deliver for you. Things I wished I had brought: dishwasher pods, laundry pods, saran wrap/aluminum foil, beach towels/chairs, and box fan for one of the upstairs rooms. I wish I had brought these things to save some hassle of buying on the island

Great Beach Getaway Location

My husband and I took a group of teens on a "last of summer" trip. The layout was perfect for the kids. There were plenty of beds, and it was nice that there were 3 full bathrooms.

Perfect place for a family to stay

Had everything we needed. The bbq pit was rusted out and made the property aware. It had plenty of space outside for the family to hang out as well as space inside. We had a blast.

Wonderful, fun and easy getaway.

The house and location were great. Especially with a good rental. We loved the fenced area with the pond. The view at night from the balcony was beautiful. The outdoor games made it an instant party and got kids off phones. We play Ed chess and cornhole. Beach was an easy walk or ride. Rooms were spacious. Fantastic stay!

Great place for family vacation!

This property checked ALL the boxes! LOCATION: yes! perfect for just a quick golf cart ride to the beach or even the 3-4 miles town. CLEAN: yes!! STOCKED: yes! everything available from cooking needs to outside chairs to family games including an outside giant chess set. COMFORT: yes! In 90+ degree weather, the A/C was great and actually kept us on the cool side. VIEW: yes! The front faces the entrance to Mustang Royale and sunset views are spectacular! Back faces the pond for a gentle peaceful morning cup of coffee in the lounge chairs in the grass by the pond. Oh and the outside chairs?? There were probably 16 total available on side patio, by the pond, and up on the 3-sided balcony. Plus a small bench on the front & back porches. Wow, over the top for comfort & relaxation! OVERALL: This vacation home fit our family group of four adults and three teens perfectly! We hope to come again soon!

Great homey house

Stayed here 5 nts with our kids and grandkids. 9 in total .Very comfortable house, lots of outdoor space and evening shsde. The beds were very comfortable as well as the beds in all rooms. TV and VCR do work, just have to figure it out.We drove to the beach with we love doing as can back up and unload easy. If you plan to go from the house. Rent a golf cart and take the boardwalk. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved It

My friends, family, boyfriend & I loved staying here! We had 8 people and there was plenty of space for all of us. The balcony is absolutely awesome & we loved hanging out there at night time & earlier in the morning before the beach. It's in a great location & close to the beach. It was pretty clean!!! There was a small spider on the bed in the master bedroom upon arrival, but otherwise, everything was great. We had 0 issues with our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Spring Beach Holiday

The house is perfect size for two families with children. The deck is great. Plenty of dining space indoor and out! The best part is that the golf cart is pre-arranged. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for families.

The house was great. Perfect for families with kids. Easy golf cart ride to the beach. Pool area was nice. Kids loved the air hockey table in the kids room and the chess board outside. We really enjoyed our stay.
