Nice location

We were close to the places we wanted to visit, the home is large enough for a family of 7. We didn't utilize the whole house. The king size bed we had was great (had a 3 inch foam topper)

Nice place at a reasonable rate

This is a nice place; we found it very clean. Good-enough location; we walked over to Peyton’s and rented a golf cart for zipping around which made the location just fine for us. The spacious covered deck is nice for dinner or drinks and watching the birds in the pond. REALLY appreciated the reasonable cleanup requirements; so many owners/managers ask you to do 50% of the turnover crew’s work, but not Starkey/Portoro (at this location, anyway).
