The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing without feeling cramped. Primary bedroom on the first floor with three more bedrooms and a second living area upstairs. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two to three-night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $150.00+tax, per stay short term, $250 + tax per stay long term. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
