This home boasts two spacious indoor gathering spaces and two expansive decks at the rear, offering panoramic views, serene sounds, and always a refreshing ocean breeze.



The ground level of the residence is designed for relaxation and entertainment with a tiki hut theme. Guests can craft their favorite drinks at the well-appointed bar, complete with a beer fridge. Engage in leisurely activities such as pool or poker while keeping up with the latest sports matches on the dual large-screen TVs. There is full size bathroom along with a cozy studio bed nook and a comfortable reclining sofa.



Moving up to the second floor, guests will discover the laundry room, a spacious deck offering panoramic beach views, and four bedrooms: one king suite, two queen suites, and one bunk room with a single full bed and three twin beds. Each bedroom boasts its own private en-suite bathroom. Each room in the vacation rental is uniquely themed.



The third floor includes a king suite, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a refrigerator with ice maker, a dining table that seats up to ten people, a living room, and a convenient half bath, all of which have stunning beachfront views from every window. For those seeking shade, a selection of classic books awaits in the staircase library, offering a tranquil escape accompanied by the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Great house and location for a big group

This is our second stay at Shell Yeah. The house accommodated our 3 families nicely and the downstairs play area is a great way to entertain the kids while the adults hang upstairs. We'll be back!

Great location!

Wonderful property and good location. It was very clean although the bottom floor had a bit of a mold smell. Had a little trouble contacting owners at first. Location of key box needs to be a little more accurate - “on pole to right of front door”. I found myself searching and searching. Also - no cooking spoons in kitchen. Luckily we were renting home across the street so we borrowed from there. In my opinion check in at 5pm is a bit late. Seems like VRBO and air b&b are getting later and later. Other than those small mishaps the place is beautiful and has wonderful views! Lots of kitchen needs met too (except spoons). The balconies are amazing!!!

Our family of 14 had a great time in this well equipped, super clean, accommodating property! From the lower level for teens, bunk room for in between and adults to a spacious top floor living and kitchen space that had everything we needed to entertain our crew. Best Vacation House By Far

My husband and I booked this house for our four children, two bonus children by marriage, and six grandchildren. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out, or spend quality time together. The baby gate in the downstairs closet was helpful at corralling our almost two-year-old twin grandbabies. Short walk to the beach too!

The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The downstairs game room was a great spot to hang out. The best part was the third story views in the mornings and evenings. We loved that everyone had space and there are more bathrooms than bedrooms! Two refrigerators were a plus for so many people. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home with lots of extra room

We celebrated Easter here with family and friends. The house was wonderful! So much space for all of us young and old. The weather was not very cooperative during this time but we still had an amazing time together. The gameroom was great for a great space for all of us to gather and play games. The covered porches provided a place for us to enjoy the outdoors, despite the rain. The hosts were very kind and communicated nicely. I highly recommend this property.
