Super clean, SINGLE STORY condo: High ceilings, 2 bed/2 full bathrooms, with extra sleeping area in the living room. Washer/dryer in unit, wall mounted hair dryers in each bathroom. Full kitchen with 4 counter-height seats. Granite counters throughout. The beach is a short walk away! Walk along the sea-wall, listen to the gulls and watch the pelicans while you enjoy toes in the sand and surf. Cool off mid-day, or watch the sun set over the gulf coast. Fishing isn't far at all! When you’ve had enough of the beach come back and enjoy the saltwater pool with splashdown bucket, water cannons, and pirate ship playground for the kids. With 3 TV's and wine glasses, it will be smooth sailing when it's time to wind-down for the night. Step in master shower or full tub in the guest bathroom. Central A/C and ceiling fans to keep you cool. When it's time to get up again, find yourself a coffee mug and enjoy a single-serve or whole pot. Bring your favorite roast or k-cups!

Wonderful Property!

We recently stayed here for a long weekend with my older parents and 3 kids. This was an amazing place! The house itself was SO clean. I’m super picky about cleanliness and it was perfect. There were plenty of towels, and supplies. Well stocked kitchen. The proximity to the beach was great. We could walk or drive. The house was just far away enough from the pool that we didn’t hear all the ruckus, but super close that it was just a few steps outside of the door. The kids enjoyed the splash pad at the end of each day. We spent time in both Corpus and Port A. The owners were SUPER prompt with communication and amazingly accommodating to questions. We will absolutely stay here again!

July Stay at the Sea Shack

This is an awesome property, very clean, smells fresh. Everything is new. If you have young kids the splash pad and pool are very family friendly. The units are packed tight together but you still have a sense of solitude, we had neighbors on both sides and never heard them once. The host did an amazing job of labeling everything and leaving directions on how to use things. The only bad thing is if you have pets, there aren't many places to walk them and use the restroom. No grass and lots of pavement, can be very hot during the summer but not a reason not to bring your furry friends. Just something to be aware of. Would definitely go back!
