The kitchen area is complete with newly upgraded appliances and all the cookware, silverware and flatware you will need during your vacation. We've stayed at the Sandcastle several times. 1st time in this unit. Floors were really sandy/dirt upon arrival. No rug or mats at the entrance or bedside to wipe your feet. There wasn't a skillet large enough to cook breakfast or an entree, as we usually hit the fish market to prepare a few meals during our stay. Sinks were dirty upon arrival, with whisker shavings from previous guest. No washer/dryer in unit but there was a space for one. We called maintenance to replace the lightbulb in the microwave for a much needed light in the kitchenette for drink and food prep (no other option). It had the necessities for the most part. Not sure we'd choose this one again. We did like the rocking patio chairs.

The unit looks exactly as pictured...beautiful and updated interior! The AC is fabulous!! Could have used more items in the kitchen (can opener for one), but overall, great for the weekend. Perfect location-walk to beach and short drive to restaurants. Definitely will be back!!
