Why wait any longer for a fun, coastal getaway? Sandcastle Unit 113 is a perfectly situated first floor, 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom condo with fantastic pool and ocean views. This unit is equipped with everything you will need for up to 4 guests.
For the avid cook of the family, no detail has gone amiss in this newly-remodeled kitchen. With granite counter tops, stainless steel, upgraded appliances and ample bar space, guests will be able to cook and serve several meals a day during their getaway. The dining area has a round table with 4 chairs for guests to relax and dine around after being out in the sun all day. For a more casual outing, there are 4 additional bar stools situated at the kitchen bar. Exit the sliding glass doors and you will find a private patio to enjoy evenings under. This unit is also equipped with a wash and dryer!
The inviting living space is complete with a sectional sofa, 2 additional accent chairs, and a 55" flat screen, SmartTV. There is also a built-in Murphy bed for an additional 2 guests to sleep hiding as the chest of drawers.
The bedroom is well-equipped for a great nights' sleep- a king bed, 5 drawer dresser and 2 additional night stands are all included in this space. For those who like to catch a movie before bed, there is also a 40" flat screen, SmartTV provided in the bedroom. For extra storage, there is a closet. In addition to this unit there is a pac-n-play in the closet perfect for your little ones!

Quick stay
Upon arriving the condo door was left open. The internet is very slow and loses connectivity often. Definitely not a place for remote workers. Very loud people next door and could hear them through the walls, not enough linens for extra beds, and the condo could use a thorough cleaning. Shower curtain was gross and bed mattress pads were dirty.

Incredible Space
The condo was a beautiful space that matched the description and pictures almost precisely. It was very clean, cheerful, and perfectly located next to the beach. The extra touches, such as coffee K-pods, creamer, dish detergent, etc., made the trip feel more like home. Our favorite part was opening the large sliding glass door each morning to invite nature in. Thank you!
