Guest Access:

You will receive an access code on the day of your arrival to retrieve your keys, which are located at the property. Once you retrieve your keys, you can go straight into the property to enjoy.

-HEATED POOL: **only heated Nov-April** PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POOL WILL NOT GET AS HOT AS A HOT TUB.

THIS POOL IS HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT 80-85 DEGREES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY GET TO ~20 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE OUSIDE TEMPERATURE.





-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
