Additionally, there's a comfortable twin day bed with twin trundle in a flex room that could serve as a 4th bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing. Spacious carport that will accommodate up to four midsize cars and a convenient fenced outdoor space complete with a turf grass lawn. Great space for lounging or playing outdoor games. Conveniently located right across from the community pool & just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, golf cart rental, and shops.
