it was such a let down renting this house. the hot tub didn’t even work. the pool didn’t heat either. also each day you use the hot tub it’s 100 dollars to let them turn it on for you. the only reason we booked the house was specially for the hot tub which the company never once called before our arrival to let us know the hot tub didn’t even work. the outside shower hose was all busted we couldn’t use it. the house cleaners you can tell don’t properly clean the house, the front of the cabinets had hand prints all over them. they only leave a quarter roll of paper towels for a full weekend. half a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for a weekend? had to call to get more. & to top it off no one has even contacted us about any kinda compensation for the problems we experienced during the stay.
