Welcome to Bird in Paradise at Pelicans Roost on Paradise Pointe!

This comfortable and beautifully decorated 1400 sf 3/2 home will provide your group with the comforts of home. The owners have provided many items for guests convenience including a pack 'n play, a high chair and cot sized rollaway. The kitchen is especially well stocked.

You will also find beach chairs and a gas grill in the garage*.

The hot tub is located in the fenced yard and can be accessed through the breezeway gate (only this unit's guests and the studio guests can access this hot tub).

Guests have access to the Pelican's Roost community pool located just 30' from our driveway, The pool is shared by 10 homes and has family-friendly features; a full-length bench, an a full-width entry and an 6' sun deck (a very shallow end for sunbathing or for kids to play). The pool also has also an outdoor shower and restroom.

The home's 3 bedrooms include a king, a queen and a twin over full bunk room. We also have a cot sized rollaway and a pack'n play. The king suite has blackout curtains, a romantic 4-poster bed with plush pillow-top mattress, 54" TV, a dual vanity bathroom and a walk-in shower with bench.

Parking for up to 3 vehicles. In order to fit 3 vehicles, you will park one vehicle on the left lane in the and the rest on the left side of the driveway. Please leave the right lane of the driveway for the studio level guests.

Outdoor spaces include a balcony with party lights, 2 hammocks, a sectional sofa and a propane fueled fire table, the ground level has a small yard with seating and the 5-person hot tub.

Technology includes Spectrum Select cable, 500 mbps high-speed internet Roku TV's. Access to the hot tub is from 10am-10pm weekdays and 10am-11pm Friday and Saturdays. If the 1st floor studio is vacant, you can have access 24 Hrs.

Exterior security cameras. Note: we happily give access to our propane grill on a self-service basis; guests may need to clean the grill before using (brush and cleaner are next to the grill in the garage), guests may also need to swap ot propane tank if it goes empty: there is a Dollar General half a mile away. Please send a photo of your receipt for reimbursement.

*Beach chairs included are folding beach chairs plus 4 heavy ABS stackable loungers (will only fit in a truck bed). Please spray off any beach gear and allow to dry before returning to garage.
