Nice place overall, good for several days' stay. Very near the ferry--in fact you see it out the back window. Pretty quiet given the location close to the harbor. Decently well furnished. It's run by a management company, so not exactly a personal touch here--we never saw anyone in person from the management during our stay. They did respond positively to our request for a hair dryer, though took a couple of days to deliver it.
Listing says 'newly remodeled', which is probably true of the furniture, though the window shades are older with broken slats and cords, and flooring had a loose strip.
Be aware that the place has basically zero consumables, other than salt and pepper. No coffee or tea, no cooking oil, no laundry soap, so you'll need to bring/buy what you need.
