Our luxury beach house, "Koastal Kraze" is located in the heart of Port Aransas, TX, in "Old Town". This historical district is quiet and tucked away from the tourist zone. Even during peak season, experience a more relaxing retreat.

House is new construction with a beach/farmhouse style and all new furnishings.

OUTDOOR AREA:

Gorgeous, lush outdoor space with an outdoor kitchen, huge flatscreen TV with Sonos Soundbar, heated pool with vegas style in-pool loungers, miniature putting green, and space for cornhole and plenty of outdoor seating for 10. An outdoor shower is available to take a quick rinse off from the beach before you enjoy the fresh water in the pool. There is plenty of space under the house for shaded evening get togethers as well. Upstairs you'll have a deck to catch the breeze, take in the sunset.

KITCHEN & DINING:

The kitchen is well stocked for large meals: Premium pots and pans, high end cooking utensils, and every little kitchen tool you can imagine (wine corkscrew included). With a ton of foot traffic space, there's still a very large dining space, dining chairs and bar stools at a center island bar for EVERYONE to have a seat, visit, laugh, tell fishing stories and make unforgettable memories. There is a separate FREE coffee bar available for guests as well! Grab a cup and enjoy!

Bedroom 1: King Size mattress with en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. En Suite bath has walk in shower, double sinks, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen Size mattress and flat screen TV.
The 2nd full bath has shower/tub combo with single sink with counter space.

1st Floor
Bedroom 3: King Size mattress and flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4: Bunkroom with queen over queen mattresses and flat screen TV

EXTRAS:

We know traveling with little ones can be a challenge. We provide for you a pack-n-play, baby gate, and adjustable highchair.

The garage offers tons of extras: broom, mop, vacuum, and cleaning supplies. Don't take the sand home with you! We offer a full size washer/dryer for your use, along with laundry detergent and bounce sheets. Iron and ironing board are provided.

***NOTE: There is an additional cost of $50 per day to heat the pool. If you would like the pool heated please let us know prior to your arrival.

***NOTE: Golf cart drivers must be at least 25 years of age, licensed, and insured.

We had a fabulous weeklong, family birthday celebration in this beautiful home. The bedrooms, the kitchen, the den, the decks, the pool, the golf cart - EVERYTHING was impeccable. Absolute fantastic experience. Our family went to Port Aransas for fall break. We wanted a beautiful place that was close to the beach, and that’s exactly what we got. Accommodations were amazing. The upstairs is gorgeous with a great balcony. The downstairs was perfect for our kiddos, and the outside backyard was fantastic. We decided to pay extra to have the pool heated, and that was wonderful considering it was October. Probably the best part is that everything you need is so close by. Multiple restaurants, grocery store, beach, ice cream, and more. All easily accessible with the golf cart provided by this great family. Wonderful experience. Would definitely do it again!

Incredible stay with all the amenities

Fabulous Experience

Came in to Port A for a staycation with the entire family, and this house was the perfect fit for us! Plenty of space in the rooms as well as multiple gathering locations for socializing. Loved having the private pool and the activities in the back, plus the golf cart access was a big hit for trips around town. Can’t wait to visit again!

Koastal Kraze was perfect for our family vacation. It is a beautiful house with wonderful outdoor spaces to satisfy everyone's wants/needs. It is in a great location with quick access to the beach, fishing pier, jetty, marina, plenty of restaurants and stores. Jay responded quickly to any of our questions, and we were happy to support his adorable family's business. We chose this place because of all of the "extras" included such as golf cart, water toys, etc. We loved cruising around in the golf cart to get to where we were going. Perfect for our beach vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Family Get Away

First of all, this property is in an amazing location. Super close to the beach and extremely close to all the restaurants in the area making it easy to get done with the beach and beat the rush to grab a bite. The place itself was beautiful and easily accommodated two families of four. Having an outdoor shower and a private pool just set it off even more. We had such a good time and would definitely recommend staying here.

A Convenient Getaway

We booked this house based on two primary things, the great listing pictures and the vast amenities. We were not disappointed. Perfect family home

Wow, wow, wow, a perfect family retreat. This house was spared no run of the mill details! It is equipped with everything you need. Beach chairs, toys, and even the beach towels! Traveling with infants on airlines? Don’t need a pack and play, baby gate or even a high chair they have it for you. It is exactly how posted. We will be back without a doubt. This is a wonderful house - great amenities and you can't beat the location. Our kids loved the pool, putting green, and bean bag toss in the back yard. We will definitely try to book this house again next time we visit Port A!
