Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had never visited the Texas Gulf Coast and had no idea exactly where to go but boy did we hit pay dirt with Summer Catch! It is perfectly located right off the beach and it is stunning inside and out! The perfect gourmet kitchen, large comfortable living room and beds - it wowed in every way! We loved every minute and can't wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice rental property. Had a few issues with AC that the manager promptly fixed. The bbq grill needs to be replaced. The lighter doesn’t work an is fairly poor quality for such a nice place. Cinnamon Shores south is definitely still very much under construction. It was more a bother than I expected. Overall very nice place. I would stay again, but will wait until construction of the overall development is complete!

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was top shelf luxury, but the best part was the gifts left for us by the owners and the happy birthday card and cupcake from the staff. It’s the little things!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time at Summer Catch. The house was immaculate and well maintained. Although South is definitely a construction zone, it was wonderful and everything we hoped for and more. The bunk room is just fabulous for littles and the layout of the home is majorly accommodating. Check in (no fault of the homeowner) was not on time nor did they notify us when the home was ready, but that's with the office. This house is conveniently located, appointed well with everything you need for a kitchen/meal and easy to find and operate. If we weren't building down the street, we would rent it again! We had littles and it was perfect for them as well as the adults. All in all, a vacation win!

We had been waiting on a chance to stay here. We booked it in January for our stay in April and it was everything we imagined. A very comfortable home yet luxurious. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summer Catch was undoubtedly the most beautiful and had the best layout of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. Very well appointed as there was nothing we needed while staying in the home. The appliances were easy to use and conveniently located in the big kitchen. We loved how the dining area was off in a separate little area which enhanced the flow of traffic. Even the location was perfect. Each bedroom and bathroom was scrumptious.I was afraid that being in South Cinnamon Shore, it would be extremely inconvenient, but it was perfect.We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Cinnamon Shores South

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weekend staying at "The Summer Catch 401" home in South Cinnamon Shores. The house was beautifully decorated, ultra clean, and had many extra amenities (two sets of washer and dryers, beach towels, kitchen spices, etc.) The home was spacious and an absolute oasis! We rented golf carts and beach chairs and umbrellas through Cinnamon Shores and had an excellent experience. Thank you for sharing such a lovely home with us!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summer Catch is a beautiful home and overall we enjoyed our stay. There were several issues while staying at the house and it required a few inquiries to the property manager to get these address. They were never fixed and I had to reach out multiple times with little follow up back until after the third time. Also they never returned my multiple calls to the office. They like text which was annoying. This house is great but I would STRONGLY recommend not renting this place until it’s ready and completely finished. There is still blue tape on the walls where touch up needs to be completed. We had no AC up stairs where the kids stay so they ended up staying with us or sleeping on the couch. The heat was unbearable!!! Very disappointed. In addition none of the door locks work. Once this neighborhood is further along with construction it will be great. Saw several rattlesnakes by the pond where they are still constructing homes. Just not safe for kids. Overall a great home but our experience was below expectations for what you pay for and expect from Cinnamon Shore
