This charming home is a perfect location in town to Shops, Restaurants, Bars, the Marina, and the Beach. It is a single-level property. Gather your thoughts on the front porch with your morning coffee in hand in the hanging swing or chair. Step inside to the inviting and open floor plan. The living area contains plenty of seating for guests with two couches, a love seat, TV, Roku, and Wi-Fi. The large dining table has seating for 6 for dinner or a game of cards. There are 3 barstools at the spacious bar for those who like to gather while preparing meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. This area is great for those who love to show off their culinary skills. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King size bed, nightstands, w/ lamps, a small desk, a small chest, and a smart TV w/ WIFI. The Guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, nightstands, chest for your beach attire, TV, sofa, and stackable washer/dryer. The shared bathroom has a stand-alone shower. Step out back to the vast entertaining area and enjoy an evening drink on the covered patio with outdoor seating and a ceiling fan. The Gulf St Rental is Awesome!

For a couple with 1-2 children or a couple with small pet, this rental is perfect. Very comfortable and modern. The beds sleep well, the kitchen is beautifully updated, open to living area. This 2/1 is was very clean, close to IGA grocery store, shops and resturants and the beach... We enjoyed sitting on the back covered porch while our small doggie plays in the nice fully fenced backyard, we were happy to find the grass was nice with no sickers. We loved it....Thank you, Terri T.

Great house

Over all this was great! The only handful of complaints we have would be the no air flow in the bathroom. It was quite warm in there at all times even when leaving the door open and the small fan blowing in. Another would be the giant mosquitos. Other than these two things, this house was perfect! There was plenty of room and the grill worked great! It was super easy to access anything in town and the beach as well!!

Port A Getaway

The property was really nice and we plan to get it again in the future. The location was great! It was a quiet neighborhood for the most part. The house itself was really well laid out and the back yard was awesome! We were able to take our 2 dogs with us vs. Having to board them, and that made it so nice for us!

Great place

Memorial Day Trip

Had a wonderful time on our trip to Port A for Memorial Day and stay at this house through Life in Paradise. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. The house was nice, clean and very comfortable for our family. The drone and back patios were a great bonus for morning coffee and night time relaxation. Will stay at this one again in the future. This house was perfect for 4 of us and it was very clean. There were issues with the code at check-in but they were quickly fixed with no other issues. The front porch was perfect for watching the sunset.

Early spring visit

Cute house, a great location and clean.The only issues we had, property management provided incorrect code for door lock, it was easy to contact them and they were very responsive in correcting the problem. Need better pillows or bring your own The back porch was great for entertaining but did have a moldy smell. Over all our experiences was very good

Family fun

We arrived to Port Aransas way earlier than planned. The property owners assisted us and were able to accommodate my family for an earlier check in. The house it self was cozy and we loved the ocean decor . The private patio and grill were comfortable and relaxing. The accommodations were perfect for our family. We will be returning in the future.

Perfect for Family and Pets

Overall the stay was great. Just a few minor things but it wasnt that big of a deal for us. There was a sugar ant 🐜 issue in the kitchen. BUT because my dad used to be an exterminator, he explained the heat is the issue especially in homes like this. The home doesnt have central air but honestly with all the wall units in the rooms by night fall it was cool. Home was overall perfect for our family and pets. Would rent again for sure.

3 stars because of lack of cleaning

Except for the cleaning, this property and the management met our expectations. Mgmt was easy to get in touch with even with a late night issue (more on this later) and quick to take action. We had arrived about 45 minutes before check-in time (we had permission from property management that it would be ok to start unloading our stuff on the porch in advance), and the cleaning crew pulled up right after us. We decided just to drive around and stay out of their way. 20 minutes later, they were gone which we thought was kind of quick. Later that evening, we came back from the beach to find hundreds of ants all over a biscuit we had left out, and called management after hours, and they promptly had pest control come out and treat. We then noticed dirty dishes and silverware (like, with butter and crumbs all over them, very obvious!) inside the cabinets and drawers. We didn't really want cleaning to come back there as we had our pet and our stuff out, so just decided that we would clean anything we used before using it. Really gross and not acceptable. The floor was also pretty dirty and sandy. Not sure why we paid for a cleaning fee. Besides the cleaning, everything else was as expected.
