For the fishing enthusiasts in your crew, Port Aransas is a dream destination for anglers of all ages and skill levels, offering pier fishing, deep sea excursions, or fishing right off of the beach. Take a short 15-minute drive to downtown Port Aransas where you can take a leisurely stroll in Roberts Point Park with panoramic views from the observation tower or indulge in local culinary offerings.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests among 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a full-over-full bunk bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #2 with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #1 with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 is located upstairs and includes a king size bed, TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with 2 vanities and walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom located upstairs near the kitchen.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available for 4 vehicles. There is 1 parking space next to the ground floor entry. Parking for additional vehicles is located at the front of the complex. The garage is off limits for guests.
• Please use the hose by the East entrance to wash off sand before entering the home.
• Garden loving guests are welcome to water the outdoor plants.
