This ground level poolside, one bedroom condo has 2 private patios where you can sit and relax and watch the sun go down. At 700 square feet this one bedroom condo has a queen size bed and sofa sleeper and will accommodate up to 4 people. With a fully equipped kitchen and full bath this condo should have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With the beach just steps out the front door, you truly get the best of both worlds.

Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in. We had a wonderful stay! The condo was great and such an easy walk across to the beach. We give it 5 stars! I wish there would have been curtains over the window blinds because there were gaps between blinds and window and with it being right in front of the pool/hot tub area a little added privacy would be nice. I felt like people could easily see in if they were out in the common area even with the blinds closed.

Great Experience!

It was just me and my two young daughters so I wanted easy access to the swimming pool and beach. Our 2 patios opened up right to the pool area. The room was located by the main entrance so we were steps away from the beach. The unit was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. I wish I would’ve brought a couple more kitchen items for cooking but not too big of a deal. Be aware this is a concrete building so cell service is not on your side. Wi-Fi was great though. The staff working in the office was very helpful and friendly as well. We loved our stay and cannot wait to go back.
