We love the Aransas Princess!! It is the 6th time I’ve stayed there and first time in this condo. It was perfect!! We had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We also had easy access to the beach both by the boardwalk and car. We love both pools and the view!! I’d stay again in this condo!!

We enjoyed.

We enjoyed Judy's condo. Everything was nice and clean. We stayed for two nights. Quiet location nice for families.Not the owners fault, but we were disappointed that some of the main stated amenities were not available. There is a lot of maintenance going on.Private Gated Boardwalk was demolished and is being rebuilt. Signs around the property indicate that it will take 90 days.The heated pool was closed the entire time we were there. The non heated pool was closed the first day we were there and the gate was tied shut with zip ties for maintenance.The second day the pool was open, but the hot tub was cold. Maintenance worker told me the hot tub "does not work" and that it just makes bubbles but no heat.

Very nice place to stay. Would recommend for anyone interested in this place. Easy access, wonderful staff, nice view, and overall very clean. My wife is a bit ocd when it comes to cleanliness and it passed with flying colors. Price I would say was very fair for the amount of room we had. (Four of us.) Thanks for a good relaxing week.

Location is great. The first floor unit did not really have a beach view and it was difficult at first to find walking access. Layoit of 2 bed to bath condo was nice.

This condominium was tucked away perfectly on the second floor, right next to the Cascade pool with partial beach view. The condo was clean and I even misplaced the set of keys which they did not give me any grief about whatsoever. Miss Judy Browl was fantastic in communicating with us as far as questions about the hotel reservations and amenities. We will be bringing our family back next year for sure...

Listing description was very accurate. The condo was great and perfect size for our group. While there is some construction going on, it wasn’t in the way and wasn’t active on the weekend. Location is very convenient to the beach and everything else you need.

Perfect coastal get away!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this condo. The decor was very welcoming with an adorable coastal theme. We did have some construction outside the window that not expected until we arrived but overall I would highly recommend this rental!!

Disappointing

Owner should have known Aransas Princess (AP) was doing construction outside of their patio. Patio floor and furniture were covered with broken bricks/construction dust. Our first hour there was spent cleaning patio, called AP maintenance to send help. Inside the unit was clean, except the guest bathroom was dirty, hair on tub, dirty towel on sink. Washer was very noisy, sleeper sofa was not comfortable. It did not seem to be a good value for the price.
