-**ALL PRIMARY RENTERS MUST COMPLETE A 3RD PARTY SCREENING PROCESS HOSTED BY TRUVI**-
**Primary Renter must be 25 yrs or older**
**hot tub in outside photos is unfortunately not available at this time**
-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 4 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.
Propane/Charcoal: We do ask guest to bring their own charcoal. Also, we do have a tank of propane for the fire pit, but we cannot guarantee it is full.
-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,
because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately
and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
