THIS POOL IS HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT 80-85 DEGREES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY GET TO ~20 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE OUSIDE TEMPERATURE.



-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart).



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Bungalow stay

We LOVED this house! The hosts were absolutely amazing — super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely a 10/10 experience with them. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay.The pool was a bit smaller than we expected, but still very enjoyable and a nice addition to the home.The ONLY thing we noticed — and this is more on the cleaning crew, not the hosts — is that the cleanliness could have been a little better in some spots. Nothing major, just small things here and there.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to stay here again!
