Este maravilloso, recientemente actualizado y amueblado condominio en planta baja de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños con vista al canal se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa, piscina climatizada en invierno, bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio de última generación abierto las 24 horas, estanque de pesca de agua salada alimentado en vivo con muelle en propiedad, se actualizó en noviembre de 2018. Ofrecemos una cama king y una cama queen con almohadas y un sofá cama queen con colchón de espuma viscoelástica. También tenemos 2 hermosas casas adosadas en Nemo Cay: 2 camas (para 6) "Wing Inn" VRBO # 607521 "y hermana 3 camas al lado (para 8)" Deja un señuelo "VRBO # 607522 para grupos más grandes o alquila ambas, como así como un nuevo 2 hab, planta baja, vista a la piscina, a pie de playa VRBO # 465887. Excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, fácil paseo a la playa, muelle de Bob Hall para pescar y comer en el agua. Alquiler de carritos de playa y el parque acuático Schlitterbahn, así como la vida de la gran ciudad de Corpus Christi con excelentes restaurantes, recorridos por el USS Lexington, State Aquarium, recorridos de pesca y la encantadora ciudad de Port Aransas a solo 20 minutos de la costa, recorridos de pesca en alta mar, alquiler de barcos, Sand Fest en abril, una visita obligada, excelentes restaurantes y vida nocturna. Our little cottage was absolutely wonderful. It was clean and had lots of light. The amenities were as advertised and the bed we slept in was as nice as our bed at home. Although the unit was close to the pool, it was mostly a quiet space inside, and we were even there during spring break!My husband especially appreciated that the unit was so close to the Packery Channel jetty and the Bob Hall Pier because he's a dedicated fisherman. Of course the beach is only minutes away by foot and there is a nice sea wall for those who want to enjoy the beach without walking on the sand. Nearby there are restaurants (one is within walking distance) and numerous stores, including a grocery store. Veronica, the property manager was kind, professional, and efficient whenever we had any questions. So, to sum up, the cottage was an outstanding place to stay for our vacation and we hope to use it again when we return in October.

While traveling to Texas, the property manager Veronica was absolutely courteous and communicative. She text me various times to see if we had checked in and if we were ok which was a plus! She let me know that the condo had been cleaned and sanitized which was a good feeling. We arrived at the location pretty late night as road tripping is stop and go when you have children. We arrived at the location and went in to the property which looked cute, but then as we took a good look, everything looked so dirty and gross. The cushions in the dining room table were so stained with water stains & feathers everywhere. There was not even vacuuming done during clean up at this point. I usually disinfect places we stay and it takes me about 30 minutes because my daughter has medical conditions and I need to make sure that mostly the bathrooms are super clean & sanitized. However, after inspecting the entire house, it was super filthy. I had to wash the bedding as we found bugs and yellow stains on the bedding and at this point wash all the towels as I was pretty grossed out after seeing bugs in the bed and how dirty the house was.I had to clean out the fridge as it was filthy! I sent a message to the owner after and I had said I wouldn't post this but after consideration and the lack of apology and attention to this, I have to be open and clear about the bad conditions. I was not offered a discount not a refund for these matters. Very disappointed in this stay,

Babies 1st trip

This was our 9 months old 1st vacation, and our 13 year old son with special needs loved this place. Very easy on communication, very clean apon arrival. Kids loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. Was the perfect place for our stay.

Corpus weekend trip

This was the perfect location. Beach access was right around the corner and the pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy. Very satisfied with our stay here. Property manager was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. The only negative was the area by the grill outside was pretty noisy one night and unfortunately was right outside our window. Would definitely stay here again, my kids loved every bit of this trip!
